In Bermuda Magisterial District, Jerry Haywald and Elizabeth Young request a variance to use a parcel of land which fronts on a dedicated but unimproved public road for dwelling purposes and amendment of zoning district map in a Residential (R-7) District on 1.5 acres lying approximately 10 feet west of the terminus of Gill Street. Density of approximately 0.7 unit per acre is proposed. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for Residential use (2.5 dwellings per acre or less). Tax ID 792-655-0221.
Access will be across part of Gill Street which is dedicated but unimproved.
