Chesterfield County MHSS - Infant Program

Our Mission

To provide intake, eligibility determination and assessment for early intervention services. Early intervention supports and services focus on increasing the child’s participation in family and community activities.

Services are available to families in Chesterfield County who have children between birth and three years old who are not developing in a typical manner.


If your child is eligible for early intervention services, the Chesterfield Infant Program will coordinate the services you need to include developmental services, speech therapy, occupational therapy or physical therapy.

  • Fees: Yes, there is a sliding fee scale
