Chesterfield County and the School System are always seeking advice and assistance on cost-saving ideas.

The purpose of this reporting site is to assist the Chesterfield County Administrator and School Superintendent and the County / School Boards in the identification of cost savings and efficiencies to assist with budget and management decisions for the County and Schools.

Our objective is to provide county / school employees and the public a means of reporting cost-saving ideas that could lead to possible areas of efficiency and cost savings to provide a better quality of services to the citizens of Chesterfield County.

The Cost Savings and Efficiency line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Voicemail will be activated on holidays, weekends, and when staff are unavailable to answer calls.
