Our vision is to have the Central Virginia area be a place where people of all ages live in safe and sustainable communities in which differences are respected and people are empowered to learn, work and worship in freedom. The goal of Emergency Shelter Services at The Salvation Army is to help all residents break the cycle of homelessness and alleviate the ongoing crisis.
