Referrals come from the Public School Special Education Department, the 12th District Juvenile Court Service Unit, and the Chesterfield-Colonial Heights Department of Social Services.


Chesterfield administers the CSA process for both Chesterfield and Colonial Heights.

  • Accepts Volunteers: Yes, must be 18 or older
  • Ages: Birth to 21
  • Fees: Yes. Some services are accessed with parental co-pay or child support payments
