  • Ages: 0-18
  • Comments: By appointment only - Provides well child exams including developmental screening and immunizations. Emphasis is on health education and prevention of developmental delays. Preschool and school placement physicals are performed on a limited basis. Administers Virginia Child Safety Seat Program for Chesterfield, Powhatan and Colonial Heights. Provides follow-up and referral for children with elevated blood lead levels and other medical and developmental problems.
  • Eligibility: For Chesterfield County residents only.
  • Fees: Yes. Fees for services are determined on a sliding scale based on household income. Some clients may qualify for reduced or free charges for services.
