Our Mission

Health Brigade (HB) provides quality health services, especially to those least served, in a compassionate and non-judgmental environment.

All patients are required to complete a financial screening prior to obtaining services and must currently be living in Richmond or one of the surrounding counties for at least three months. To make a medical or financial screening appointment, please call the clinic at 804-358-8538 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday.


All patients are required to complete a financial screening prior to obtaining services. This screening is renewed every year. HB patients cannot earn more than 200% of the federal poverty level. To see if you qualify financially for medical services at HB, please review the 2016 Federal Poverty Guidelines.

  • Fees: No. Health services for uninsured and under insured. Donations welcomed
