  • Comments: The health center is 4,400 square feet and has nine exam rooms. Health education classes are offered on topics such as diabetes and high blood pressure, and a conference room is available for community meetings.  
  • Eligibility: Chesterfield County or Richmond City resident.
  • Fees: Yes  Accepts public and private health insurance, but also provides care on a sliding-fee-scale basis for those who are uninsured.
