This program uses federal CARES Act funding to assist customers who have at least a 30-day past-due balance on their water/wastewater account that would have occurred between the timeframe of March 1-Dec. 31, 2020. Funds cannot be used for past-due amounts prior to this time period. Funds cannot be used for deposits, down payments, fees, late fees, interest or penalties.
