Jim A. Ingle was elected as the Bermuda District Supervisor in November 2019 and began his term of four years on January 1, 2020. He was elected as the Board’s Vice Chair in 2023.
Jim Ingle is a local businessman, community volunteer and family man. He has lived in the Bermuda District for over 16 years. A long-term Virginia resident, Jim spent most of his youth in Woodbridge.
Jim has spent the better part of twenty years as a volunteer for young men at the Bon Air Juvenile Facility; has served as a Cub Scout Cub Master, and a Boy Scout Troop Committee member.
Jim and his family are members of Parkway Baptist Church, where Jim serves as an usher, a Sunday School teacher, and a member of the Safety Committee.
Upon high school graduation, Jim attended Richard Bland College where he received his Associate’s Degree in Business before going on to graduate from the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Since college, Jim has had a diverse career ranging from sales to construction to consulting before joining local construction company RJ Smith as a Senior Project Manager three years ago.
Jim is married to Jennifer, and they live in Ingle Estates with their two sons, Jon and Jacob, both of whom are members of the Thomas Dale High School community.
