Jim A. Ingle was re-elected as the Bermuda District Supervisor in November 2023 and began his second term of four years on January 1, 2024. He was elected as the Board’s Vice Chair in 2023.
Jim Ingle is a local businessman, community volunteer and family man. He has lived in the Bermuda District for over 20 years. A long-term Virginia resident, Jim spent most of his youth in Woodbridge.
Jim spent the better part of twenty years as a missionary to young men at the Bon Air Juvenile Facility; has served as a Cub Scout Cub Master, and a Boy Scout Troop Committee member.
Jim serves on the Chester YMCA board. He enjoys the work the YMCA is doing to partner with the Chester Community both at its facility as well as areas of need in the Chester Community.
Jim and his family are members of Parkway Baptist Church, where Jim serves as a member of the Pastoral Support team, a small group co-lead, and a member of the Safety Committee.
Upon high school graduation, Jim attended Richard Bland College where he received his Associate’s Degree in Business before going on to graduate from the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Since college, Jim has had a diverse career ranging from sales to construction to consulting and management before joining a local small business RJ Smith Companies seven years ago.
Jim is married to Jennifer, and they live in Ingle Estates with their two sons, Jon and Jacob, both of whom attended Chesterfield schools from k-12 and are graduates of Thomas Dale High School.
