Performance Services


The Learning and Performance Center staff provides consulting services to departments often working directly with groups of employees including but not limited to team building, facilitations, process improvement, and special requests focused on internal business needs.


The Learning and Performance Center manages and supports departments in utilizing both organizational performance measurement tools, Clearpoint and Checkbox. Clearpoint is a dashboard tool that allows departments to measure their program priorities for effectiveness to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Checkbox is a survey tool that promotes data collection for departments to utilize in process improvement.

The Center’s Strategy and Performance Coordinator partners with the Budget and Management department to support departments in the implementation and management of Blueprint Chesterfield, the county’s strategic plan.
