Community Services Board

Purpose:Number of Members: State Code requires no less than 6, and no more than 18 members. The Chesterfield CSB currently has 15 members.

Comments: Appointments shall be broadly representative of the community. One-third of the appointments to the board shall be identified consumers, former consumers, or family members of consumers/former consumers, one of whom shall be a consumer receiving services. One or more appointments may be nongovernmental service providers. No employee of the community services board or employee/board member of an organization that receives funding from any community services board shall be appointed a member of that board. There is currently a total of 7 consumers and family members on the CSB. Compensation: $50/meeting
Term of Service:  Three-year term – members may serve no more than three consecutive terms
