CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Police have identified the toddler who was found wandering in the 4900 block of Valley Crest Drive in the Addison at Swift Creek apartments at about 11:30 p.m. last night. The toddler's father contacted police earlier today upon release of the child's photo. The toddler remains in the care of Child Protective Services until he is formally released to his father.

Police are now searching for the toddler's mother, Tameka L. Claiborne, 27, of Richmond. The search extends to both Richmond and Chesterfield County. Chesterfield County Police officers will remain posted at the Addison at Swift Creek apartments and will conduct ground searches in that area.
