All Bids and RFPs are due in the Purchasing Department Office, Administration Building, 4th Floor, Room 402, 9901 Lori Road, Chesterfield, Virginia, 23832-0001 until, but no later than the time and date listed. In the event that Chesterfield County government offices are closed due to inclement weather and/or emergency situations at the time set aside for a pre-bid meeting and/or the published bid opening or for a pre-proposal meeting and/or receipt of proposals, the pre-bid meeting, preproposal meeting and/or published due date will default to the next open business day at the same time.
