Early Intervention Contacts
A
child learns new things when he or she is ready, but it is important
to pay attention to any problems early. If you have questions about something
your child is not yet doing or the way your child moves, talks, walks,
plays, sees, hears, or behaves, be sure to talk with your child's doctor
or nurse. There are special programs in every city and county across
Virginia that can help you and your child.
If you do not have a primary health care provider, or if you want to
talk more about how your child is developing, call your local early intervention
office.
