Finding the right services at the right time …
Network
of Care for Behavioral Health
Navigating the maze of behavioral-health information
on the Internet is now easier, thanks to the Network of Care for Behavioral
Health. Here you will find a comprehensive resource for people with mental-health,
mental-retardation and substance-abuse disorders, as well as their families
or service providers.
This easy-to-use Web site provides an array of information about community-based
services, including vital information about diagnoses, insurance and
advocacy. It also includes daily news from around the world and provides
links to pending state and federal legislation relating to behavioral
health. A simple click on the home page changes the site’s language
from English to one of six others, including Spanish, Vietnamese and
Cantonese.
Sponsored by the Chesterfield County Department of Mental Health, Mental
Retardation and Substance Abuse, the Network of Care for Behavioral Health
is free to all residents and organizations in Chesterfield County.
