IT IS NOTED ON THE 73-7027 AS-BUILT THAT EX MH-31 HAS A
BRICKED UP OPENING HOWEVER A NOTE SHOULD BE ADDED TO THE
PROFILE DIRECTING THE CONTRACTOR TO MATCH THE CROWN OF THE
PROPOSED 8" SEWER LINE WITH THE CROWN OF THE EXISTING 30"
LINE.
RE: COMMENT #17, THE MANUFACTURER'S MAXIMUM
RECOMMENDED ENTRY ANGLE FOR 8" SEWER "BOOTS" IS
7-DEGREES, WHICH THE PROPOSED ENTRY ANGLE AT THE 15%
SLOPE AS SHOWN EXCEEDS. THOUGH THE ENTRY ANGLE WILL BE
REDUCED WHEN THE CROWNS ARE MATCHED, PLEASE REVISE THE
LINE AS NECESSARY SO AS NOT TO EXCEED THE 7-DEGREE
RECOMMENDED MAXIMUM
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE MUST BE A 3' MINIMUM CLEAR
SPACING BETWEEN FH'S AND SIDEWALKS OR THE BACK OF
CURBING.
THERE APPEARS TO BE 15 TOTAL MH'S WITH 9 STANDARD

PROVIDE A MINIMUM 18" VERTICAL CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE 8"
WATERLINE AND THE PROPOSED SEWER LATERAL AT STA 5+92
(WATERLINE A). IF AN 18" VERTICAL CLEARANCE CANNOT BE ACHI
ONE "STICK" OF CLASS 52 DI PIPE MAY BE USED IF CENTERED OV
THE LATERAL AT THE CROSSING.
LABEL ALL WATERLINE LOCATED IN FILL AS CLASS 52 RESTRAINED
