TECHNICALLY ACCORDING TO CURRENT UTILITIES REGULATIONS,
MULTI-TENANT (W/ TWO OR MORE TENANT SPACES) COMMERCIAL
BUILDINGS MUST BE MASTER METERED. THAT BEING THE CASE, A
