1. PROVIDE THE PROJECT SITE PLAN CASE NUMBER
(18PR0120) IN THE LOWER RIGHT-HAND CORNER OF
EACH SHEET. [19.1-27.F.]
2. ADD A NOTE ON THE PLANS, "ALL PROPOSED UTILITIES ARE TO
BE INSTALLED UNDERGROUND INCLUDING ELECTRIC, TELEPHONE,
AND CATV.
3. ADD A NOTE ON THE PLANS, "ANY SIGN IN EXCESS OF EIGHT (
SQUARE FEET REQUIRES A PERMIT. PERMIT MUST BE OBTAINED
THROUGH BUILDING INSPECTIONS DEPARTMENT".
4. PER THE VIRGINIA CONSTRUCTION CODE, NINE (9) HANDICAPPE
PARKING SPACES ARE REQUIRED FOR TOTAL PARKING SPACES
PROVIDED ARE BETWEEN 301-400. HANDICAPPED SPACES SHOULD BE
AS NEAR TO THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF THE BUILDING AS POSSIBLE.
5. SHOW ON THE PLANS ALL ADJACENT PROPERTIES WITH OWNER
NAMES, ZONING, AND CURRENT USES. [19.1-27.F.]
6. POST DEVELOPMENT DESIGN DISTRICT SHOULD BE ADDED TO THE
GENERAL SITE INFORMATION ON SHEET G-1.
7. PROVIDE A NOTE THAT STATES THAT PAVED PARKING SPACES
SHALL BE LEGIBLY STRIPED WITH FOUR (4)INCH WHITE LINES.

AREAS SHALL FULLY CONSIDER AND PLAN TO
MINIMIZE POTENTIAL CONFLICTS BETWEEN
MATURING LANDSCAPING AND THE VISIBILITY AND
ACCESS TO FIRE HYDRANTS, CLEARANCES TO HIGH
POWER TRANSMISSION LINES, SITE LIGHTING, AND
VISIBILITY FOR MOTORISTS EXITING PARKING ROWS.
SITE LAYOUT SHALL BE CHECKED TO DETERMINE THAT
SUFFICIENT INTERNAL PARKING LOT PLANTING AREAS

3. MAINTENANCE GUARANTEE: PRIOR TO RECEIVING AN
