CYCLES. PROJECTS GRANDFATHERED UNDER THE PROVISIONS
OF 9VAC25-870-48 MAY FOLLOW THE REQUIREMENTS LISTED
UNDER PART IIC FOR ONE PERMIT CYCLE. ALL OTHER NEW
DEVELOPMENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF

02. EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2014, ENFORCEMENT OF THE VIRGINIA
STORMWATER REGULATIONS BECAME THE RESPONSIBILITY OF
THE COUNTY FOR DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS WITHIN
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY. ADDITIONALLY, NEW STATE
STORMWATER REGULATIONS ALSO BECAME EFFECTIVE ON
JULY 1, 2014. LAND DISTURBING ACTIVITIES THAT
OBTAINED A VSMP PERMIT PRIOR TO JULY 1, 2014 MAY
USE THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT CRITERIA SPECIFIED
IN PART II C (9VAC25-870-93 ET SEQ) FOR TWO PERMIT
CYCLES. PROJECTS GRANDFATHERED UNDER THE PROVISIONS
OF 9VAC25-870-48 MAY FOLLOW THE REQUIREMENTS LISTED
UNDER PART IIC FOR ONE PERMIT CYCLE. ALL OTHER NEW
DEVELOPMENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF
PART IIB (9VAC25-870-62 TO 9VAC25-870-92).
03. APPROVAL OF THE SITE PLAN BY THE PRIVATE UTILITY
COMPANY IN RELATION TO ITS EASEMENT AND FACILITIES
THEREIN MUST BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO SITE PLAN APPROVAL.
04. SHEET C2.0:

DIKES. LABEL THE DIVERSIONS AND PROVIDE STABILITY
AND CAPACITY CALCULATIONS.
E) PROVIDE DIVERSION TO THE NORTH OF THE STOCKPILE TO
CONVEY RUNOFF TO THE TRAP.
F) IT IS SUGGESTED TO INSTALL THE TRAP TO PHASE 2
GRADING INCLUDING DITCHES DURING PHASE 1 TO MINIMIZ
REGRADING NEEDED AND ALLOW FOR EARLIER
STABILIZATION.
05. SHEET C2.1:
A) CLARIFY THE NEED FOR THE SOIL STABILIZATION
BLANKETING IN ADDITION TO THE SODDING.
