TABLE REVIEW : NO
PLAT PROCESS :
1. UTILITIES PROJECT NUMBER 15-0057 SHALL BE PLACED ON
THE LOWER RIGHT HAND CORNER OF EACH SHEET.
2. PLEASE PUT UTILITIES CONTACT MIKE LARSON, P.E. 748-
1338, LARSONM@CHESTERFIELD.GOV ON THE COVER SHEET.
3. THE COVER SHEET SHOULD INCLUDE A MATERIALS LIST OF
UTILITIES ITEMS BROKE OUT BY PRIVATE AND PUBLIC FOR WATER
AND SEWER.
4. SHOW AND LABEL THE EXISTING WATER AND SEWER MAINS WITH
SIZE, MATERIAL, AND COUNTY PROJECT NUMBER ON ALL APPLICABL
PLAN AND PROFILE SHEETS THAT DEPICT EXISTING CONDITIONS OR
A CONNECTION. YOU MAY EMAIL
SWAVAILABILITY@CHESTERFIELD.GOV TO OBTAIN AS BUILT
INFORMATION.
5. PROVIDE A BAR SCALE ON SHEET C02.0.
6. PROVIDE A NOTE THAT THE WELL FOR THE EXISTING HOUSE IS
TO BE ABANDONED IN ACCORDANCE WITH VDH REQUIREMENTS.
7. PROVIDE AN ANALYSIS OF THE UPSTREAM SEWER SHED TO
ENSURE THE PROPOSED SEWER HAS ADEQUATE CAPACITY.
8. PROVIDE JUSTIFICATION FOR UPSIZING THE SEWER ON
ASHBROOK PARKWAY TO 10".
9. A BENCH MARK COULD NOT BE LOCATED ON THE PLANS.
10. THERE IS A DOUBLE 48" CULVERT CROSSING ASHBROOK
PARKWAY SHOWN ON THE PLANS FOR CLOVERHILL ESTATES, COUNTY
PROJECT 97-0246 THAT IS NOT SHOWN ON SHEET C02.1.
11. SHEET C02.1 SHOULD SHOW THE EXISTING 12" WATER MAIN,
FUTURE WEST BOUND LANES OF ASHBROOK PARKWAY, AND LIMITS OF
THE JURISDICTIONAL WETLANDS.
12. CLAY DAMS PER DETAIL SEW-09 ARE REQUIRED ON SEWER
LINES ON EITHER SIDE OF THE WETLAND CROSSING.
13. WHY ARE ONLY ODD NUMBERS USED FOR NUMBERING THE
MANHOLES? THE NUMBERING SHOULD BE SEQUENTIAL.
14. THE ALIGNMENT OF THE SEWER MANHOLES IN THE FUTURE
MEDIAN OF ASHBROOK PARKWAY IS NOT DESIRABLE. THE SEWER
SHOULD BE PLACED 8 FT FROM THE NORTHERN RIGHT OF WAY LINE
AND OUTSIDE OF THE FUTURE PAVEMENT.
15. DOGHOUSE OR CUT-IN MANHOLES MUST BE AVOIDED WHEREVER
POSSIBLE. THE SANITARY SEWER SHOULD CONNECT TO EXISTING
MH-4 BY KOR-N-SEAL.
16. ON SHEET C04.0, THE VALVE TO BE USED FOR THE WATER
CONNECTION NEEDS TO BE CALLED OUT.
17. THE TEE AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE ON ASHLAKE PARKWAY SHOULD
BE A 12 X 12 TEE WITH TWO 12" GATE VALVES, ONE 20 FT OF
RESTRAINED PIPE, PLUG, AND FLUSHING HYDRANT.
18. ON THE WATER PROFILE FOR SHEET C04.1, LABEL THE
EXITING PROJECT NUMBER FOR THE WATERLINE CONNECTION
19. SHEET C04.1, 12" PVC IS NOT AN APPROVED MATERIAL FOR
WATERLINE; CHANGE IT TO DUCTILE IRON.
20. CORRECT THE WATER FITTINGS AND VALVES FOR THE
CONNECTION AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE ON C04.1.
21. THE WATER PROFILE ON C04.1 MUST SHOW 3.5 FT COVER.
THE GRADE LINE SHOULD ALSO BE LABELED AS TO THE LOCATION
I.E. CENTERLINE OF ROAD, OFFSET, PROPOSED VS EXISTING, ETC
22. WILL THE WATERLINE CROSSING OF ASHLAKE PARKWAY BE OPE
CUT? IF SO, SHOW THE EXTENT OF PAVEMENT REPAIR AND A
DETAIL.
23. THIS DEVELOPMENT IS EFFECTIVELY A RESIDENTIAL
DEVELOPMENT WITH MORE THAN 25 UNITS. A SECOND WATER FEED
IS REQUIRED WHERE PRACTICAL. IN ORDER TO PROVIDE A TRUE
REDUNDANT FEED, A CONNECTION SHOULD BE MADE TO THE 12"
WATER LINE ON ASHBROOK PARKWAY WITH A CUT-IN TEE, THEN THE
WATER LINE SHOULD FOLLOW THE SEWER LINE WITH 10 FT
SEPARATION TO THE CUL-DE-SAC ON ROAD A.
24. THE SIZE OF THE BORE AND RECEIVING PITS FOR THE SEWER
SHOULD BE SHOWN. THE STANDARD SIZE IS 20' X 40' FOR THE
BORE PIT AND 20' X 20' FOR THE RECEIVING PIT.
25. THE MANHOLES SHOULD BE SET AT LEAST 25 FT AWAY FROM
THE EDGE OF THE EDGE OF THE CASING PIPE SO THAT IT IS
POSSIBLE TO REMOVE AN ENTIRE JOINT OF PIPE AFTER IT IS
PULLED OUT.
26. PLEASE NOTE THAT A SEPARATE WATER METER SIZING FORM
MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL BUILDING. BUILDING
14 HAS ONLY 2 UNITS SO IS NOT TYPICAL. IN REVIEW OF THE
CLUBHOUSE FORM, WILL THERE BE ANY HOSE BIBS WITH WHICH TO
FILL THE POOL? THE CONNECTION FEE WILL BE CALCULATED FOR
CONDOMINIUMS, WHICH MAY BE HIGHER THAN THE FEE FOR A SINGL
1" METER. PLEASE REFER TO WWW.CHESTERFIELD.GOV/UTILITIES
FOR INFORMATION ON THE CURRENT CONNECTION FEE RATES.
27. IT APPEARS THAT THE FIR-1B DETAIL MAY BE INTENDED FOR
THE WATER SERVICE TO EACH BUILDING. IF SO, PLEASE CLARIFY
THAT ON THE LEGEND AND ALSO SPECIFY THE SIZE OF THE TAP,
WHICH IS NOT NECESSARILY THE SAME SIZE AS THE METER. IN
ADDITION, THE WAY IT IS DRAWN ON THE PLANS IS MORE LIKE TH
FIR-1B SHEET 2 OF 5 WITH A SINGLE LINE THROUGH A METER
FOLLOWED BY DOUBLE CHECK. PLEASE VERIFY WHICH DETAIL IS
INTENDED AND ADJUST THE PLANS AS NECESSARY TO REFLECT THE
ACTUAL DESIGN.
28. BE ADVISED THAT IF IRRIGATION IS DESIRED, A COMPANIO
METER CANNOT BE SET ON THIS TYPE OF COMMERCIAL WATER
SERVICE. A SEPARATE WATER METER WOULD BE REQUIRED FOR EAC
IRRIGATION METER WITH A SEPARATE METER SIZING FORM AND
CONNECTION FEE PAID. IF IRRIGATION METERS ARE DESIRED, WE
RECOMMEND THAT THEY BE SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN NOW TO AVOID
COSTLY RESTORATION DURING THE LATE STAGES OF CONSTRUCTION.
29. PROVIDE CALCULATIONS FOR THE BACKWASH RATE FOR THE
FILTER IN THE POOL TO ENSURE THAT THE RECEIVING SANITARY
SEWER HAS ADEQUATE CAPACITY.
30. THE WATER SERVICE TO THE CLUBHOUSE MUST HAVE A PRIVAT
REDUCED PRESSURE BACKFLOW PREVENTER SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
31. LABEL THE ROAD AS "PROPOSED ROAD A" ON SHEET C05.1.
32. THE TEE AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE AND ROAD A SHOULD BE AN
8" X 8" TEE WITH A 12" X 8" REDUCER.
33. FOR THE WATER LINE AT THE CUL-DE-SAC ON ROAD B,
INSTEAD OF A PLUG, THE FIRE HYDRANT COULD BE SET AT THE EN
OF THE LINE WITH A 90 DEGREE BEND TO ALLOW THE WHOLE LINE
TO BE FLUSHED.
34. EXTEND THE SEWER ON ROAD B TO OUTSIDE OF THE PAVEMENT
ENSURE THE SEWER IS 6 FT DEEP AT THAT LOCATION. PROVIDE A
16 FT SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT AND 20 FT CONSTRUCTION
EASEMENT OUTSIDE OF THE 20 FT BUFFER TO CONNECT TO THE
PARCEL TO THE SOUTH.
35. PROVIDE A NODE MAP AND TABLE FOR THE WATER MODEL
RESULTS SIMILAR TO DETAIL DES-4.
36. ON THE PROFILE SHEETS, LABEL THE CLEARANCE BETWEEN
EACH WATER AND STORM/SANITARY SEWER CROSSING.
37. FOR THE WATER LINE PROFILE FROM APPROXIMATELY STA 9+50
TO 12+00 ON ROAD A, SHOW THE WATER LINE GOING UNDER
STRUCTURE 5 WITH VERTICAL BENDS AND COMING BACK TO 3.5 FT
COVER AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. THE WATERLINE SHOULD BE ABL
TO GO OVER STRUCTURE 3. THE EXTENT OF RESTRAINED JOINTS
FOR THE VERTICAL BENDS MUST BE CALCULATED AND SHOWN ON THE
PLANS IN TERMS OF FEET.
38. WE DO NOT NORMALLY SHOW SEWER LINES AS BEING SHADED.
WATER AND SEWER LINES THAT ARE DUCTILE IRON SHOULD BE SHOW
AS HATCHED.
39. THE 12" WATER LINE FOR THE MAIN ENTRANCE ROAD PROFILE
SHOULD BE CALLED OUT AS DUCTILE IRON. ALSO, CORRECT THE TE
TO BE A 12 X 12 TEE WITH 12 X 8 REDUCER.
40. THE VALVE FOR THE HYDRANT AT APPROXIMATELY STA 3+30 O
ROAD A CANNOT BE MORE THAN 6 FT DEEP. USE VERTICAL BENDS
AS NEEDED TO GO UNDER THE STORM DRAIN.
41. THE SANITARY PROFILE FOR STRUCTURE 1-11 DOES NOT SHOW
ANY OF THE STORM SEWER CROSSINGS (PROPOSED OR EXISTING).
42. THE 8" SEWER IN MUST MATCH CROWNS WITH THE 10" SEWER
OUT ON MH 5.
43. THE INVERTS FOR MH 1 ARE NOT LABELED CORRECTLY, THE
INVERT OUT IS HIGHER THAN THE INVERT IN.
44. SHOW THE CORRECT LENGTH (ADJUSTED PER PREVIOUS
COMMENT) AND LABEL THE SIZE OF THE CASING PIPE FOR THE
SANITARY SEWER BORE. CALL OUT THAT THIS PIPE MUST BE
RESTRAINED JOINT.
45. THE TERMINAL RUN OF SEWER FROM 19-21 19-23 MUST BE AT
LEAST 0.52% SLOPE PER COUNTY STANDARDS.
46. THE OWNER SHALL BE REQUIRED TO ENTER INTO A COUNTY
UTILITIES CONTRACT PRIOR TO THE START OF CONSTRUCTION.
PRIOR TO THE PREPARATION OF THE UTILITIES CONTRACT,
UTILITIES MUST BE IN RECEIPT OF THE "ACCEPTED" BID PROPOSA
BETWEEN THE DEVELOPER AND THE COUNTY APPROVED UTILITIES
CONTRACTOR AS WELL AS THE PROJECT'S INFORMATIONAL SHEET
FOUND ON THE "DEVELOPER'S CHECKLIST". PLEASE SEND THOSE TW
ITEMS TO THE ATTENTION OF MIKE LARSON
(LARSONM@CHESTERFIELD.GOV). THE BID PROPOSAL MUST BE BASED
ON THE APPROVED SITE PLAN. BE ADVISED THAT IF THE SITE PLA
IS REVISED AND REAPPROVED SUBSEQUENT TO THE PREPARATION OR
RECORDATION OF THE UTILITIES CONTRACT, THE BID PROPOSAL
SHALL BE REVISED ACCORDINGLY AND A REVISED UTILITIES
CONTRACT MAY BE NECESSARY.
47. AFTER FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL, SUBMIT THREE SETS OF
THE APPROVED PLANS DIRECTLY TO THE UTILITIES DEPARTMENT FO
OUR USE DURING CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION. THIS IS IN
ADDITION TO THE ONE APPROVED SET FROM PLANNING (4 TOTAL
SETS). ONE ADDITIONAL ROLLED SET WILL BE REQUESTED AFTER
THE PROJECT IS RELEASED TO CONSTRUCTION TO BE USED FOR AS-
BUILTS.

TABLE REVIEW : NO
PLAT PROCESS :
1. THERE IS A REVISION DATE OF 8/5/16 SHOWN ON THE PLANS;
HOWEVER, WE HAVE NO RECORD OF A PLAN SUBMISSION THAT DATE.
PLEASE EXPLAIN.
2. FOR NOTE 4 UNDER THE STANDARD DES-2 DESIGN NOTES, THE
ELEVATION BELOW WHICH INDIVIDUAL PRVS ARE REQUIRED IS 225.
THIS APPEARS TO APPLY TO EVERY BUILDING ON THE PLAN. PLEAS
NOTE THIS CONDITION ON THE PLANS.
3. MOST OF THE ITEMS LISTED AS "PRIVATE" ON THE MATERIALS
LIST ARE ACTUALLY PUBLIC. EVERYTHING WITHIN THE EASEMENT
OR RIGHT OF WAY UP TO AND INCLUDING THE METER IS PUBLIC.
ADDITIONALLY, THERE ARE A NUMBER OF ERRORS SUCH AS 5/8"
METERS, 12" PVC WATERLINE, ETC. PLEASE REVIEW AND UPDATE.
4. ON SHEET C02.0, SHOW THE STREET NAMES.
5. SHEET C02.0 SHOWS TEXT FOR THE SEWER CONNECTION ON
ASHBROOK DR THAT IS PROBABLY A LAYER LEFT ON.
6. THE EXISTING WATER LINES ON ASHBROOK PARKWAY AND ASHLA
PARKWAY ARE 12" PVC BECAUSE THEY WERE INSTALLED BEFORE THE
STANDARD CHANGED. PLEASE UPDATE THE APPLICABLE
PLAN AND PROFILE SHEETS. NEW 12" WATER LINE MUST BE D.I.
7. SHOW THE MANHOLE ANGLES FOR STRUCTURES EX MH-4 TO MH-4
8. NOTE ON THE PLANS THAT THE INVERT FOR EXISTING MH 4 IS
FIELD LOCATED.
9. CALL OUT THE VALVE ON SHEET C0.40 TO BE OPERATED FOR T
WATER TIE-IN.
10. THE OPEN CUT CROSSING OF ASHLAKE PARKWAY REFERS TO A
DETAIL ON SHEET C06.5. THIS SHEET DOES NOT HAVE A DETAIL
FOR THE RESTORATION OF PAVEMENT WITH AN OPEN CUT CROSSING.
12. LABEL THE MAIN ENTRANCE AS "ASHLAKE VILLAS DR" ON SHE
C04.0
13. THE EASEMENT ON SHEET C0.50 SHOULD BE LABELED AS A 30
FT "WATER AND SEWER" EASEMENT.
14. THE CONNECTION TO THE EXISTING WATER LINE ON ASHBROOK
PARKWAY CAN EASILY BE ISOLATED WITHOUT DISRUPTING SERVICE
EXISTING CUSTOMERS, THEREFORE SHOULD BE A CUT-IN TEE WITH
TWO VALVES RATHER THAN A TAPPING SLEEVE AND VALVE AS
SHOWN.
15. FOR SITUATIONS LIKE THIS WHERE THERE IS A 3 FT STRIP
BETWEEN THE CURB AND SIDEWALK, OUR OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT
PREFERS THAT THE FIRE HYDRANTS BE SET 3 FT BEHIND THE
SIDEWALK WITHIN A 10' X 10' PERMANENT EASEMENT IN ORDER TO
FACILITATE MAINTENANCE. PLEASE RELOCATE THE FIRE HYDRANTS
AND ALSO MOVE THEM CLOSER TO A BUILDING CORNER AND AWAY FR
THE PATIOS IF POSSIBLE. COORDINATE WITH THE LANDSCAPE PLA
SO THAT TREES ARE NOT LOCATED WITHIN THE EASEMENT.
16. AS PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED, PROVIDE CALCULATIONS TO SHOW
THAT THE SANITARY SEWER HAS SUFFICIENT CAPACITY TO
ACCOMMODATE THE BACKWASH FROM THE POOL FILTER.
17. A SEPARATE METER SIZING FORM MUST BE PROVIDED FOR EAC
INDIVIDUAL BUILDING, PLUS THE 1" IRRIGATION METER (23 TOTA
FORMS). THESE DO NOT NEED TO BE INCLUDED ON THE PLAN SET;
IT IS PREFERRED THAT A PDF FILE BE EMAILED DIRECTLY TO MIK
LARSON AT LARSONM@CHESTERFIELD.GOV.
18. FOR THE EASEMENT ON SHEET C05.3, THE INTENT WAS TO AS
FOR A 16 FT PERMANENT EASEMENT WITH A 10 FT CONSTRUCTION
EASEMENT ON EACH SIDE. THE CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT DOES NOT
HAVE TO EXTEND PAST MH 13.
19. PLEASE PROVIDE AN 8" STUB WITH PLUG AT 0.4% FROM MH
UNDER STORM PIPE 87 TO FACILITATE FUTURE EXTENSION.
20. THE PROFILE LABELED "PROPOSED ROAD A" SHOULD BE LABEL
"ASHLAKE COMMONS".
21. THE PROFILE LABELED "MAIN ENTRANCE ROAD" SHOULD BE
LABELED "ASHLAKE VILLAS DR.
22. WHEN A SUITABLE NAME IS DECIDED FOR "ROAD B", MAKE
SURE TO UPDATE THE LABEL FOR THE PROFILE
23. SHOW 12 INCHES OF STONE ABOVE THE SEWER FOR THE
SECTIONS BETWEEN MH 8 AND 9 WHERE COVER EXCEEDS 14 FT.
24. A PROFILE FOR MH-10 TO MH-11 COULD NOT BE LOCATED ON
THE PLANS.
25. SHOW 3.5 FT MINIMUM COVER FOR THE WATERLINE PROFILE O
MH-B.
26. ON SHEET C07.3, THE FOLLOWING CORRECTION ARE NEEDED
FOR THE SANITARY PROFILE:
A. THE PROFILE SHOULD BE LABELED FROM STRUCTURE 1-6
(NOT 1-11)
B. HALF OF THE EXISTING GRADE IS NOT SHOWN
C. THE STORM CULVERTS ARE NOT LABELED
D. CLEARANCE IS NOT SHOWN BETWEEN THE STORM ANDARY A
SANITARY AS WELL AS THE STORM AND WATER.
E. IT APPEARS THE CLEARANCE UNDER THE STORM PIPE A
APPROXIMATELY STATION 4+40 BETWEEN MH 2 AND MH 3 IS
LESS THAN 1.5 FT.
F. THE DUCTILE IRON SEWER PIPE ON THE PROFILE SHOULD
BE SHOWN AS HATCHED, NOT SHADED (SHADING DOESN'T SCA
WELL).
G. THE SECTION OF PIPE FROM MH 5 TO MH 6 IS PVC AND
SHOULD NOT BE HATCHED OR SHADED.
H. THE CASING PIPE IS NOT RESTRAINED JOINT, IT IS
WELDED STEEL. THE CARRIER PIPE INSIDE THE CASING
PIPE IS RESTRAINED JOINT.
I. THE LENGTH OF THE CASING PIPE SHOULD BE CALLED OU
ON THE PROFILE AS WELL AS THE MATERIALS LIST.
J. THE MATERIAL IS NOT CALLED OUT FOR THE WATER LINE
K. THE PROJECT NUMBER AND EXISTING MATERIAL FOR THE
WATER LINE AND SEWER LINE WHERE THE CONNECTION IS
BEING MADE IS NOT SHOWN.
L. THE EXISTING INVERTS IN AND OUT FOR MH EX-4 ARE
NOT SHOWN.
M. THE SYMBOL FOR THE EXISTING MANHOLE SHOULD BE A
DASHED LINE, NOT A GRAY SHADED LINE AS SHOWN. GRAY
SHADED LINES DO NOT SCAN WELL.
27. ON SHEET C07.4, THE SANITARY PROFILE SHOULD BE LABELE
FROM 12-13. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO SHOW THE SECTION FROM
10-12 AS IT IS SHOWN ON ANOTHER SHEET. THE STORM SEWER
LABELED "#XX-#XX" SHOULD ALSO BE CORRECTED.

1. THE ENGINEER'S ADDRESS ON EACH TITLE BLOCK IS
OBSCURED, THERE MAY BE PRINT DRIVER ERROR.
2. LABEL MANHOLE 1 AS A DOGHOUSE MANHOLE ON BOTH THE PLAN
AND PROFILE. THIS SHOULD ALSO BE INCLUDED ON THE MATERIAL
LIST.
3. THE CASING PIPE IS SOLD IN INCREMENTS OF 10 FT AND
THEREFORE 40 FT SHOULD BE SPECIFIED INSTEAD OF 38 FT.
4. ON SHEET C04.0, THE INTERSECTION OF BROADREACH DRIVE
THAT IS CALLED OUT FOR THE VALVE OPERATED ON THE TIE IN
DOES NOT HAVE A 12" MAIN LINE VALVE, IT IS A 6" VALVE. TH
OTHER VALVE TO BE OPERATED IS LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY
STATION 0+80 ON ASHLAKE PARKWAY.
5. AFTER FURTHER REVIEW OF THE CUT-IN TEE ON ASHBROOK
PARKWAY, THE TWO 12" VALVES MAY BE DELETED. THE CUT IN
WILL NEED TO BE ACCOMPLISHED BY PROVIDING 2 SHORT PIECES O
12" D.I. AND APPROVED COUPLINGS.
6. WE HAVE OBSERVED THE STORM SEWER ON ASHLAKE COMMONS HA
BEEN LOWERED. THIS HAS RESULTED IN SEVERAL APPARENT
SANITARY LATERAL VERTICAL CONFLICTS. PLEASE CALCULATE THE
INVERT OF EACH LATERAL, SHOW THE CLEARANCE ON THE PROFILE
AND ADJUST THE ELEVATION AS NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE 18 INCHES
VERTICAL CLEARANCE.
7. THERE IS ALSO A VERTICAL CONFLICT WITH THE WATER LINE
AT APPROXIMATELY STATION 10+50 ON ASHLAKE COMMONS. RESOLV
THIS CONFLICT BY ADDING VERTICAL BENDS TO BRING THE WATER
MAIN BACK UP TO 3.5 FT COVER.
8. WE HAVE OBSERVED THAT THE STORM SEWER PIPES ON ASHBROO
PARKWAY DO NOT MATCH THE LOCATION AND INVERT SHOWN ON THE
AS-BUILT PLANS (EMAILED TO AARON BREED 1/5/17). WE SUSPEC
THE ACTUAL LOCATION MAY ELIMINATE SOME OF THE CONFLICTS.
PLEASE VERIFY AND CORRECT
9. THE PROFILE ON SHEET C07.4 NEEDS THE FOLLOWING
CORRECTIONS:
A. LABEL SHOULD BE FROM MH 1 TO MH 6, NOT STRUCTURE 6 TO
B. STRUCTURE E4.
B. CENTER THE CASING PIPE ON THE CARRIER PIPE.
C. LABEL THE CASING PIPE AS 40 FT 20" STEEL
D. SHOW AND LABEL THE 8" VALVE ON THE WATER LINE.
E. LABEL MH 1 AS A DOGHOUSE MANHOLE
F. LABEL THE EXISTING SANITARY SEWER WITH SIZE,
MATERIAL, AND COUNTY PROJECT NUMBER.
G. CORRECT THE INVERTS OF THE STORM SEWER PIPE CROSSI
S AS APPLICABLE.
H. CLARIFY THAT THE CROSSING OF STORM PIPES 80 AND 14
ARE AS SHOWN UNDER THE SANITARY SEWER. DUE TO THE ANGLE
THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THOSE PIPES UNDER THE WATER LINE IS
ONLY ABOUT 20 FT. PERHAPS SHOW THE STORM PIPES UNDER TH
WA NE USING A DIFFERENT LINETYPE.
