12. WILL THERE BE IRRIGATION ON THIS SITE? IF SO, PLEASE
SUBMIT A METER SIZING FORM FOR THE IRRIGATION METER AND

BOTH FOR 3 JOINTS OF PIPE ON EITHER SIDE OF THE CASING AND
ALSO WATER MAIN THAT IS INSTALLED IN FILL.
9. THE LOCATION OF THE METER FOR THE RESTAURANT WILL
REQUIRE PRIVATE WATER LINE TO CROSS PUBLIC WATER LINE,
WHICH IS NOT DESIRABLE. TWO POTENTIAL SOLUTIONS ARE TO
RELOCATE THE METER TO APPROXIMATELY STA 17+90, OR SHIFT TH
WATER LINE NEAR THE CURRENT WATER METER LOCATION TO THE
WEST SO THAT THE TAP CAN BE ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE PUBLIC
MAIN.
10. UPSIZE THE CORPORATION STOP AND WATER LINE FROM THE
MAIN TO THE METERS TO 2" AND 1-1/2" RESPECTIVELY TO ALLOW
FOR ANY FUTURE METER UPSIZING.
11. PLEASE LABEL 10" MINIMUM SEPARATION BETWEEN THE PUBLIC
WATER LINE AND PRIVATE SANITARY SEWER.
12. PLEASE LABEL ALL WATER AND SEWER LINES AS EITHER

13. THE FUTURE WATER EXTENSION TO THE JONES PROPERTY AT
