2. LABEL WHAT IS PROPOSED TO BE PUBLIC AND WHAT IS PROPOSED
AS PRIVATE ON BOTH PLAN AND PROFILE VIEWS. ALSO, SEPARATE
THE UTILITY QUANTITIES SIMILARLY.
3. ADD A NOTE THAT BEYOND THE WATER METER IT IS THE
PLUMBER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSTALL THE WATER SERVICE AND
THE WATER SERVICE WILL BE INSPECTED BY THE BUILDING
INSPECTION OFFICE. MARK THE WATER SERVICE BEHIND THE METER
"PRIVATE".
4. IN GENERAL, TAKE EVERY PRECAUTION TO ACCURATELY
DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN EXISTING AND PROPOSED. TREAT
EVERYTHING ON THE STONEHENGE VILLAGE SITE PLAN AS EXISTING
FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS RESTAURANT SINCE THIS APPROVAL IS
CONTINGENT UPON THE APPROVAL OF STONEHENGE VILLAGE.
5. REMOVE THE GRADING FROM THE WATERLINE EASEMENT ON THE
NORTH OF THE PROPERTY. THE EXISTING 30" WATERLINE IS
CURRENTLY AT MINIMUM COVER. THE PROPOSED CUTTING OF 1-3 FEET
OF COVER OVER THE WATERLINE CANNOT BE APPROVED.
6. IS THE EXISTING FIRE HYDRANT AT THE CONSTRUCTION
ENTRANCE PROPOSED TO BE RELOCATED WITH THE UTILITY PLAN? WHY
IS THERE A NOTE REGARDING THE SETTING OF THE HYDRANT 3'
BEHIND THE CURB IF THE HYDRANT IS EXISTING? CLARIFY AS
NECESSARY AND SPECIFY ON THE DEMO PLAN HOW THAT HYDRANT
SHALL BE PROTECTED DURING CONSTRUCTION.
7. SHOW THE DOMESTIC AND IRRIGATION TAPS PROCEEDING TO THE

10. ON SHEET C-15, REVISE THE NAME OF THE FIRE SPRINKLER
BACKFLOW PREVENTER. IT IS CALLED A DOUBLE CHECK, NOT A
DOUBLE DETECTOR CHECK. SHOW WATERLINE RESTRAINTS FROM THE
TEE TO THE VAULT.
11. THE OWNER MUST ENTER INTO A COUNTY CONTRACT PRIOR TO
THE START OF CONSTRUCTION. PLEASE SEND JACQUE HYDEN A COPY
OF THE "ACCEPTED" BID PROPOSAL BETWEEN THE DEVELOPER AND THE
CONTRACTOR SO WE MAY PREPARE THE COUNTY CONTRACT. THE BID
PROPOSAL MUST BE BASED ON THE APPROVED SITE PLAN. ALL WORK
MUST BE PERFORMED BY AN ACCEPTABLE UTILITIES CONTRACTOR. IF
THE SITE PLAN IS REVISED AFTER THE UTILITY CONTRACT IS
