THE UTILITY QUANTITIES SIMILARLY.
3. ADD A NOTE THAT BEYOND THE WATER METER IT IS THE
PLUMBER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSTALL THE WATER SERVICE AND
THE WATER SERVICE WILL BE INSPECTED BY THE BUILDING

THERE IS NO 1.5" METER ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING
WHERE THE PLAN CALLS FOR THE CONVERSION OF THAT METER TO A
2". REVISE PLANS AND CLARIFY AS NECESSARY.
6. SUBMIT SEPARATE METER SIZING FORMS FOR ANY CHANGED MET
AND THE NEW MAINTENANCE BUILDING. FOR ANY CHANGED METER,
SHOW THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED FIXTURES AND DEMANDS
SEPARATELY.
7. MAKE THE SOUTHERN PROPOSED SANITARY SEWER PRIVATE. IN
GENERAL, THE RETAINING WALL IS TOO CLOSE FOR FUTURE
MAINTENANCE AND SLOPE STABILITY.
8. SHOW THE EXISTING "FUTURE" STUB TO THE SOUTHERN SEWER

THEY'RE SUBMITTED.
16. THE OWNER MUST ENTER INTO A COUNTY CONTRACT PRIOR TO

OF THE "ACCEPTED" BID PROPOSAL BETWEEN THE DEVELOPER AND T

B) ALL JUNCTION AND ACCESS BOXES NEED TO BE SCREENED OR
PAINTED TO MATCH THE BUILDING. IF PAINTED, THIS NEEDS TO
BE STATED ON THE ELEVATION.
C) MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, WHETHER ROOF-TOP OR GROUND LEVEL,
SHALL BE SHIELDED AND SCREENED FROM PUBLIC VIEW AND MUST B
DESIGNED TO BE PERCEIVED AS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE
BUILDING. BUILDING ELEVATIONS NEED TO SHOW ANY ROOFTOP
UNITS. PARAPETS AND/OR SCREENS MUST BE EQUAL IN HEIGHT TO
