LOTS OR PARCELS CREATED THROUGH A FAMILY SUBDIVISION SHALL
BE TITLED IN THE NAME OF THE ORIGINAL RECIPIENT FOR WHOM
THE SUBDIVISION IS MADE FOR A PERIOD OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE
(5) YEARS. THE PARENT PARCEL SHALL REMAIN TITLED IN THE
NAME OF THE GRANTOR FOR A PERIOD OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE
YEARS.
SEC. 17-52.B.4
ONLY ONE SUCH DIVISION SHALL BE ALLOWED PER FAMILY MEMBER
AND THE DIVISION SHALL NOT BE FOR THE PURPOSE OF
CIRCUMVENTING THIS CODE.
THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS APPLY TO FAMILY SUBDIVISIONS AND NOT
TO RESIDENTIAL PARCEL SUBDIVISIONS. IT IS THE PLANNING
DEPARTMENT'S RECOMMENDATION THAT YOU CONSIDER A RESIDENTIAL
PARCEL SUBDIVISION PER SEC. 17-51 OF THE COUNTY CODE. THIS
WOULD ALLOW FOR GREATER FLEXIBILITY IF FUTURE PROPERTY
TRANSFERS ARE A CONSIDERATION.

REMAIN ON PARCEL 1 IS CONSIDERED A NON-CONFORMING STRUCTURE
PER SEC. 19.1-3 OF THE COUNTY CODE. THE VARIANCE 07AN0139
DOES NOT APPLY TO NEW CONSTRUCTION. ANY NEW STRUCTURES OR
ADDITIONS TO THE EXISTING STRUCTURE SHALL MEET CURRENT A
DISTRICT STANDARDS INCLUDING THE 150 FOOT FRONT YARD
SETBACK.
04. CORRECT THE TYPO IN THE SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE. IF NEW
MONUMENTS ARE TO BE SET, MODIFY THE CERTIFICATE TO READ
