A) A COPY OF THE AUTOCAD FILE MUST BE SUBMITTED TO
CAROLE CLIBORNE OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING. THE
AUTOCAD FILE MUST BE SAVED AS A .DWG OR .DXF IN AUTOCAD
VERSION 2009 OR EARLIER AND REFERENCED DIRECTLY TO THE
VIRGINIA STATE PLANE COORDINATE SYSTEM, SOUTH ZONE IN
THE NAD83 DATUM. THE AUTOCAD FILE MAY BE SUBMITTED ON A
CD, DVD, OR VIA EMAIL AND MUST BE CLEARLY LABELED WITH
THE SUBDIVISION NAME AND SECTION, SUBDIVISION PLAN
NUMBER, ENGINEERING FIRM AND CAD FILE PREPARER'S NAME
AND PHONE NUMBER. THE FILE MUST CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING,
EACH CLEARLY LABELED IN SEPARATE LAYERS:

I. EDGES OF ROADS TO INCLUDE CURB AND GUTTER; AND
II. EDGES OF SIDEWALKS;

III. ALL STORM SEWER & INLETS;

THE FILE MUST BE APPROVED BY ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING
PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF THE LAND DISTURBANCE PERMIT.

B) FLAGGING AROUND USACOE JURISDICTIONAL WETLANDS,
BUFFERS, AND SENSITIVE AREAS MUST BE VISIBLE.

C) SAFETY FENCE AND/OR SUPER SILT FENCE WITH OPTIC
ORANGE FABRIC MUST BE IN PLACED ALONG THE RPA LIMITS AS
SHOWN ON THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS.

D) DOCUMENTATION FROM THE USACOE/DEQ MUST BE RECEIVED
VERIFYING COMPLIANCE TO WETLAND PERMIT REGULATIONS.

E) A COPY OF VDOT LAND USE PERMIT MUST BE RECEIVED.

F) AN EROSION CONTROL BOND MUST BE POSTED.

G) THE RISER AND BARREL PIPE ASSOCIATED WITH THE
SEDIMENT BASIN MUST BE ON-SITE.

4. IT APPEARS THE PEDESTRIAN TRAIL CROSSES THE 100-YEAR
FLOODPLAIN USCW IN SEVERAL PLACES, WHICH FAIL TO COMPLY
WITH THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE 100-YEAR FLOODPLAIN IN
THE USCW FOR CONTRIBUTING DRAINAGE AREA OVER 100 ACRES IN
SIZE. IN THIS CASE, A VARIANCE TO THIS ZONING ORDINANCE
SEC.19.1-503.E.100-YEAR FLOODPLAINS IN USCW SHOULD BE
SUBMITTED TO SCOTT DUNN-ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF
ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT FOR APPROVAL.
