HAS NOT BEEN BUILT AT THIS TIME. THEREFORE, REVISE AND
RESUBMIT THAT PROJECT TO AGREE WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS
PROPOSED WITH SECTION 3 AND ELIMINATE ALL WATERLINE
ABANDONMENT CURRENTLY SHOWN. IN ADDITION, TAKE ALL

11. SHOW THE STORM SEWER THAT IS PARALLEL TO THE RUN OF
SANITARY SEWER BETWEEN MANHOLE NUMBERS 2 AND 3 IN THE

12. ALL WATERLINE LOCATED IN FILL IS TO BE SPECIFIED AS

STANDARD) THAT IS PROPOSED AT MANHOLE NUMBER 3. PROVIDE
A COPY OF THE APPLICABLE DETAIL ON THE PLANS,
REFERENCING ITS LOCATION.
14. REVISE ITEM NUMBER 22 UNDER "STANDARD NOTES" TO
REFLECT AN ELEVATION OF 249'. NOTE THIS CONDITION ON
EACH APPLICABLE LOT IN THE PLAN VIEW.
15. PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL 20 FT OF SEWER EASEMENT
PARALLEL AND NORTH OF THE EXISTING 15-INCH SEWER COUNTY
NUMBER 06-0309. THIS IS TO ACCOMMODATE FUTURE PROJECT
SEW-01-001-GRAV FROM THE WATER AND WASTEWATER FACILITIES
PLAN.
16. THE MINIMUM SIZE PIPE FOR PUBLIC WATERLINE WITH
FIRE HYDRANTS IS 8 INCHES.
17. RELOCATE THE LATERALS FOR LOTS 1 AND 17 SO THAT
THEY ARE NOT UNDER THE DRIVEWAY.
18. PROVIDE A CONSPICUOUS NOTE THAT ALL WATER METERS
ARE TO BE LOCATED 3 FT BEYOND THE SIDEWALK.
19. PROVIDE A CLAY DAM PER DETAIL SEW-09 ON EACH SIDE
OF ALL WETLAND CROSSINGS. SHOW THIS ON THE PLAN AND
PROFILE SHEETS.
20. THE COUNTY WILL NOT ACCEPT SEWER RUN FROM MH 3 TO
MH 7 AS A PUBLIC SEWER AS IT IS LIMITED TO A SINGLE LOT
AND IS A DEEP SECTION UNDER A WETLAND. THIS LINE CAN
EITHER BE A PRIVATE GRAVITY LINE WITH PRIVATE CLEAN OUTS
OR PROVIDE A SEWER PUMP ON THE LOT TO DISCHARGE TO A
SHALLOWER LATERAL INTO MH 3.
21. FOR THE CROSSING OF THE WATERLINE OVER THE STORM
SEWER AT APPROXIMATELY STA 19+75, CALL OUT THAT THE
CROSSING WITH ONLY 1.1 FT CLEARANCE SHALL HAVE STONE
BACKFILL BETWEEN THE PIPE AND THAT THE WATERLINE PIPE
SEGMENT SHALL BE CENTERED OVER THE STORM PIPE AT THAT
LOCATION.
22. THOROUGHLY EXAMINE ALL SHEETS TO CORRECT ALL
