IN REGARD TO YOUR SUBMITTAL OF UTILITIES PLANS FOR THE
ABOVE REFERENCED PROJECT DATED FEBRUARY 9, 2016, WITH
THE LATEST REVISION DATED AUGUST 16, 2016, WE MAKE THE
FOLLOWING COMMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. ON THE EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLANS, THE NEW
SANITARY SEWER OFF BLOOMING COURT IS SHOWN TO GO RUN
UNDER A SEDIMENT TRAP. AFTER DISCUSSING WITH
ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING, THE BEST SOLUTION MAY BE TO
RELOCATE THE SEDIMENT TRAP TO AVOID THE CONFLICT.
2. LOT 18 DOES NOT SHOW A SEWER LATERAL OR WATER
SERVICE.
3. LOT 32 SHOWS 2 WATER SERVICES.
4. LOT 34 DOES NOT SHOW A WATER SERVICES.
5. THE SEWER LATERAL FOR LOT 31 SHOULD BE PERPENDICULAR
TO THE SEWER MAIN.
6. THE WATER SERVICE FOR LOT 31 IS SHOWN GOING THROUGH
MH 25, PLEASE RELOCATE.
7. MOVE THE SEWER LATERALS FOR LOTS 13 AND 48 OUT FROM
UNDER THE DRIVEWAY.
8. RELOCATE THE FIRE HYDRANTS FOR LOTS 2 AND 43 SO THAT
THEY ARE NOT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FRONT YARD. THEY
SHOULD BE CLOSE TO A PROPERTY LINE.
9. MH 28 AND THE WATER FLUSHING HYDRANT ARE SHOWN
OUTSIDE THE LIMITS OF THE SUBDIVISION. A SEPARATE
OFFSITE EASEMENT PLAT IS REQUIRED.
10. THE PLUG NEAR STATION 0+50 OF BLOOMING RD REQUIRES
A 2" FLUSHING HYDRANT. PLEASE LOCATE THE HYDRANT AND
PLUG INSIDE THE LIMITS OF THE SUBDIVISION TO AVOID AN
OFFSITE EASEMENT.
11. PROVIDE A MAIN LINE GATE VALVE AT THE HYDRANT NEAR
LOT 17 TO FACILITATE A FUTURE EXTENSION OF THE WATER
SYSTEM DOWN BLOOMING RD.
12. IDENTIFY THE PURPOSE OF THE WATER SERVICE SHOWN ON
NEAR THE BMP AT APPROXIMATELY STA 10+50 OF BLOOMING RD.
WE ASSUME THIS IS FOR IRRIGATION. IF SO, SUBMIT A METER
SIZING FORM, LABEL THE SIZE OF THE METER AND CALL OUT A
PRIVATE BACKFLOW PREVENTER.
13. WILL THE LOTS LABELED "FOCAL POINT" REQUIRE
IRRIGATION? IF SO, PLEASE PROVIDE A METER SIZING FORM
AND SHOW A METER ON THE PLANS.
14. INSTEAD OF AN 8 X 8 TEE AND REDUCER ON BLOOMING CT,
WHY NOT USE AN 8 X 6 TEE AND A 6" GATE VALVE TO REDUCE
COST?
15. AS SHOWN ON DETAIL WAT-11, THE MINIMUM BENDING
RADIUS FOR 8" PVC IS 326 FT. THE RADII OF SEVERAL OF
THE CURVES ON BLOOMING ROAD IS SHOWN WELL BELOW THAT
MINIMUM AND THE WATER LINE IS FOLLOWING THE CURVE WITH
NO BENDS. PROVIDE ADDITIONAL BENDS AS NECESSARY.
16. PER COUNTY STANDARDS, SHOW THE STORM PIPES ON
SHEET 3.0 SO THAT POTENTIAL CONFLICTS CAN BE IDENTIFIED.
17. THE PROFILE INDICATES A 10" SEWER FROM MH 5 TO EXMH
6; HOWEVER, THIS SECTION IS NOT REFLECTED ON THE
HYDRAULIC ANALYSIS.
18. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF LOCATIONS WHERE THE WATER LINE
MUST BE LOWERED TO GO UNDER STORM PIPES, THE WATER LINE
SHOULD BE SHOWN AS 3.5 FT DEEP. SINCE PVC CANNOT BE
DEFLECTED AT THE JOINT, LOWERING MUST BE ACCOMPLISHED
THROUGH RESTRAINED VERTICAL BENDS PER DETAIL WAT-8.
JOINT RESTRAINT CALCULATIONS NEED TO BE PROVIDED.
19. THE FIRE HYDRANT AT APPROXIMATELY STA 10+25 ON
BLOOMING RD IS SHOWN AT NEARLY 10 FT DEEP, WHICH IS NOT
ACCEPTABLE. VALVES CAN BE NO DEEPER THAN 6 FT; RELOCATE
THE HYDRANT AS NECESSARY.
20. THE SEWER AT MH 18 SEEM UNNECESSARILY DEEP, PLEASE
REVISIT THE PROFILE AT BLOOMING CT AND BLOOMING RD TO
MINIMIZE THE DEPTH.
21. REVISE THE WATER LINE ON KENBROOK DR TO GO OVER THE
TOP OF STORM SEWER 2-2. WE CAN ALLOW LESS THAN 1.5 FT
CLEARANCE WHEN THE WATER PIPE IS GOING OVER THE TOP OF A
STORM AND DI PIPE IS USED.
22. PER COUNTY STANDARDS, MANHOLE TOPS IN EASEMENTS
THAT ARE NOT IN MAINTAINED AREAS SHOULD BE 6 INCHES
ABOVE GRADE. THIS CONDITION APPEARS TO APPLY TO
MANHOLES 7, 9, 10, 16, 4, 3, AND 2.
23. ON SHEET C5.3, LABEL THE SEWER BETWEEN MH EX8 AND
EX9 AS EXISTING CONSTRUCTED IN PROJECT 06-0465.
24. THE SEWER INTO MH3, MH 5, AND MH 6 NEEDS TO MATCH
CROWS WITH THE SEWER OUT.
25. ON SANITARY TRUNK 3 PROFILE, SHOW THE 30" D.I.
WATER LINE AND LABEL AND LABEL AS COUNTY PROJECT 09-
0094. .
26. LABEL THE CONNECTION INTO EX MH6 AND EX MH 1B AS
BEING CORE DRILLED WITH A KOR-N-SEAL GASKET INSTALLED.
27. ON SHEET C5.4, THE INVERT IN TO MH 3 SHOULD BE FROM
28. THE SEWER ENCASED IN CONCRETE NEEDS TO BE DUCTILE
IRON.
29. THE CONNECTION FROM MH 19 TO MH 18 SHOULD BE AN
INTERNAL DROP MANHOLE.
30. THE DEPTH OF THE WATER ON BLOOMING PLACE SHOULD BE
3.5 FT COVER, PLUS THE PLUG AND FLUSHING HYDRANT SHOULD
BE SHOWN ON THE PROFILE. THE DEPTH OF THE SEWER SHOULD
BE ABOUT 6 FT COVER WITH AN INTERNAL DROP CONNECTION
INTO MH 27.
31. SHOW THE PLUG AND FLUSHING HYDRANT ON THE PROFILE
FOR BLOOMING COURT.
32. THE WATER LINE ON BLOOMING COURT SHOULD BE 3.5 FT
DEEP AND CALLED OUT AS CLASS 52 DI WITH RESTRAINED
JOINTS WHERE APPLICABLE.
33. SHOW THE 30 DI WATERLINE ON ALL PROFILES ALONG WITH
THE BOTTOM ELEVATIONS ON THE CUT-SHEETS PROVIDED BY THE
UTILITIES DEPARTMENT. EACH WATER LINE SHOULD BE LABELED
AS 30" D.I. COUNTY PROJECT 09-0094.
34. CHANGE THE DETAIL ON SHEET C7.3 TO MAN-16, INTERIOR
DROP CONNECTION.
35. JORDAN CONSULTING ENGINEERING WILL BE MAKING SOME
ADJUSTMENTS TO THE EXISTING SEWER LINES CROSSING
OTTERDALE RD, WHICH MAY INCLUDE INVERT CHANGES, MANHOLE
LOCATION CHANGES, AND LEAVING PLUGGED OPENINGS. PLEASE
COORDINATE WITH THEM TO SHOW THE FINAL INFORMATION ON
THESE PLANS.
36. TO FACILITATE INCORPORATING THESE COMMENTS INTO THE
REVIEW, THE UTILTIES DEPARTMENT IS PROVIDING A MARKED
SET OF PLANS ALONG WITH AS-BUILT INFORMATION AND CUT-
SHEETS FOR THE 30-INCH WATERLINE AT OUR MEETING
SCHEDULED FOR AUGUST 29, 2016.
37. THE MATERIALS LIST NEEDS TO BE UPDATED TO SHOW THE
ADDITIONAL FLUSHING HYDRANT AND GATE VALVE, CHANGE IN
TEE SIZE, REMOVE A REDUCER, CHANGE A VALVE FROM 8" TO
6", AND ADD BENDS FOR THE CURVES AND VERTICAL
TRANSITIONS. ALSO, THE MATERIALS LIST DOES NOT INCLUDE
THE 144 FT OF 10" SEWER.

IN REGARD TO YOUR SUBMITTAL OF UTILITIES PLANS FOR THE
ABOVE REFERENCED PROJECT DATED FEBRUARY 9, 2016, WITH
THE LATEST REVISION DATED NOVEMBER 10, 2016, WE MAKE THE
FOLLOWING COMMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. THE WATER SERVICE FOR LOT 34 IS STILL MISSING. WE SUGGES
ING IT NEAR THE LOT 33 PROPERTY LINE.
2. THE PLUG AND FLUSHING HYDRANT NEAR STA 0+50 OF BLOOMING
RD IS SHOWN OUTSIDE THE SUBDIVISION LIMITS.
EITHER REVISE THE LOCATION OR PROVIDE A 16 FT WIDE WATER
3. IF POSSIBLE, FIND OUT FROM THE DEVELOPER IF THEY PLAN TO
PROVIDE IRRIGATION TO THE FOCAL POINT. IT IS MUCH SIMPLER
TO PROVIDE A TAP AND 10 X 10 EASEMENT DURING THE PLAN APPROV
AL STAGE THAN TO TRY AND ADD IT
LATER. WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL INSTANCES OVER THE LAST YEAR WHE
HAVE HAD TO CUT PAVEMENT TO ADD AN IRRIGATION
4. PLEASE REVISIT THE LOCATION AND DEGREE OF THE BENDS ON T
HE WATER LINE NEAR MH 22. IF 11-1/4 BENDS ARE USED, IT MAY
BE POSSIBLE TO MAINTAIN 10 FT OF HORIZONTAL
SEPARATION FROM THE MANHOLE.
5. THE VERTICAL BENDS ARE NOT SHOWN CORRECTLY ON
PROFILE. WITH A SKEWED PROFILE, THE OUTSIDE OF EACH BEND WO
LY BE LOCATED ABOUT 10 FT FROM THE STORM PIPE. EACH B
6. THE TYPICAL WAY TO SHOW THE EXTEND OF JOINT RESTRAINT OF
TICAL DEFLECTION IS TO CALL OUT THE DISTANCE HORIZONTA
LLY FROM THE TOP OF EACH VERTICAL BEND (E.G. 20 FT) AND THEN
SHOW ARROWS TO "RESTRAIN ALL JOINTS IN THIS AREA". CURRENT
LY, THE DISTANCE OF RESTRAINT IS NOT SHOWN PAST EACH OF THE
TOP BENDS.
7. TEES FOR FIRE HYDRANTS CANNOT BE SHOWN ON THE VERTICAL D
EFLECTION AS SHOWN AT APPROXIMATELY STA 10+75 ON BLOOMING RD
. ONCE THE VERTICAL BENDS ARE SHOWN

007. IT IS NOTED THAT DESIGN 6 HAS BEEN LISTED IN THE
WORKSHEET A CALCULATIONS, BUT DESIGN 7 HAS BEEN NOTED
IN THE CBPA/MS-4 TABLE. PLEASE CLARIFY. BASED ON THE
DESIGN SHOWN, IT IS ASSUMED THAT DESIGN 6 IS INTENDED
(4VR); HOWEVER, AN EFFICIENCY OF 65% MAY ONLY BE TAKEN
THROUGH THE USE OF A PLANTED AQUATIC BENCH OR WITH A
DESIGN 7 BASIN (10VR). OTHERWISE, THE EFFICIENCY SHALL
BE 50%. PLEASE ADDRESS.
008. EXTEND THE AQUATIC AND SAFETY BENCHES AROUND THE FULL

SPECIFY ADEQUATE VEHICULAR SAFETY MEASURES JUST OUTSIDE
THE R/W. FURTHER DISCUSSION MAY BE NECESSARY.
018. SPECIFY A 12" DEWATERING PIPE AND VALVE FOR USE IN
LOWERING THE BASIN WATER SURFACE. ADDITIONALLY,
PROVIDE A NOTE STATING THAT A PUMP CAPABLE OF DRAINING
THE BASIN WITHIN A 24-HOUR PERIOD SHALL BE USED TO
DEWATER THE BASIN BELOW THE VALVE ELEVATION.
019. DUE TO THE 100-YEAR BACKWATER ELEVATION OF 231.75'
CREATED AT STRUCTURE 5-2, WHICH WILL BACK UP INTO THE
POND VIA THE OUTLET STRUCTURE, THIS BASIN WOULD BE
BETTER SUITED WITH A CONCRETE WEIR OUTFALL AND PLUNGE
POOL IN LIEU OF A RISER/BARREL. FURTHER DISCUSSION MAY
BE NECESSARY.
020. THE EMERGENCY SPILLWAY SHOWN TO BE CONSTRUCTED WITHIN
THE EMBANKMENT FILL WILL REQUIRE A PAVED LINING TO THE
100-YEAR DEPTH. PLEASE SPECIFY.

MINIMUM 2:1 LENGTH-TO-WIDTH RATIO. PLEASE ADDRESS.
-------- ROAD AND DRAINAGE --------
001. OUR CONCERNS ARE BASED ON THE INFORMATION SHOWN IN THE
CONSTRUCTION PLANS. THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IDENTIFYING
CRITICAL AREAS IS PLACED ON THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER
WHO SEALS THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS APPROVED. WE RESERVE
THE RIGHT TO INSPECT CONVEYANCE SYSTEMS PRIOR TO PLAT
RECORDATION AND/OR STATE ACCEPTANCE TO DETERMINE IF
ADDITIONAL IMPROVEMENTS ARE REQUIRED.
002. UPDATE THE TENTATIVE INFORMATION ON THE COVER SHEET TO
REFLECT THE UPCOMING TECHNICAL CORRECTION, ONCE
APPROVED.
003. IT APPEARS THAT TENTATIVE CONDITIONS 14 AND 15
REGARDING MINING ACTIVITY HAVE NOT BEEN SATISFACTORILY
ADDRESSED. PLEASE ADDRESS. FURTHER DISCUSSION MAY BE
HELPFUL.

SHEETS.
009. SHOW THE LOCATION OF ALL CG-9 ENTRANCES ON SHEET C3.0
AND C4.0.
010. LABEL THE SIDEWALK WIDTH/MATERIAL ON SHEET C3.0.
011. IT IS UNCLEAR WHAT THE "CONSERVATION ESMT" IS INTENDED
TO ENCOMPASS, OR WHO THE GRANTEE IS. IT CURRENTLY
APPEARS THAT THE EASEMENT MAY COINCIDE WITH THE
REQUIRED SETBACKS, WHICH MAY NOT BE CORRECT. PLEASE
CLARIFY AND PROVIDE NOTES IN THE PLAN SET ACCORDINGLY.
PLEASE ALSO ENSURE THAT NONE OF THE PROPOSED DRAINAGE,
SLOPE & DRAINAGE, OR SWM/BMP EASEMENTS ENCROACH INTO
THE CONSERVATION EASEMENT. FURTHER DISCUSSION MAY BE
HELPFUL.
012. THE APPROVED HARPERS MILL SOUTH PHASE PRELIMINARY PLAN
ALLOWS FOR 25' SETBACKS FROM WETLANDS, FLOODPLAIN,
BACKWATER, ETC. IN LIEU OF THE 35' TYPICALLY REQUIRED
IN THE UPPER SWIFT CREEK WATERSHED. PLEASE ADDRESS.

PRE- AND POST-DEVELOPMENT SCENARIO, AS THE FLOW PATH
SHOULD BE THE SAME FOR BOTH. PLEASE ADDRESS.
003. PROVIDE THE 2-YEAR INFO FOR SECTION A-A BELOW THE
TABLE ON SHEET C4.2.
004. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE APPLICANT TO COMPLY
WITH AND/OR ACQUIRE ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL AND/OR STATE
PERMITS IN RELATION TO ENVIRONMENTAL FEATURES
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WETLANDS, SURFACE WATER,
GROUND WATER, AND AIR QUALITY. FINAL APPROVAL OF THESE
PLANS WILL NOT RELIEVE YOU OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.
-------------- CBPA ---------------
001. REMOVE HARPERS MILL SOUTH PHASE SECTIONS 3 AND 4 FROM
THE TABLE AND PLAN ON SHEET C8.1, AS WELL AS SOUTHEAST
SECTION 2.
002. ADJUST THE 36" CURTAINWALLS SUCH THAT THEY PROJECT
DOWNWARD VERTICALLY, AND SHOW IN THE CONCRETE SPILLWAY
DETAIL AND PROFILE ON SHEET C5.6.
003. PROVIDE DETAILS FOR THE REQUIRED PEDESTRIAN
FOOTBRIDGE OVER THE CONCRETE SPILLWAY IN THE
CONSTRUCTION PLAN SET, TO INCLUDE A DETAIL WITH
DIMENSIONS AND ELEVATIONS, MATERIALS, ANCHORING
POINTS, ETC. FURTHER DISCUSSION MAY BE HELPFUL.
004. PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, NARRATIVES, ETC. IN
THE AQUATIC BENCH PLANTING PLAN, WHICH PROVIDES
REQUIREMENTS FOR SOILS THAT MEET THE PLANTING
GUIDELINES SPECIFIED BY THE NURSERY, SOIL TESTING
REQUIREMENTS, PLANTING TIMEFRAMES, WARRANTIES, ETC.
CONTACT DAVID TAYLOR OF OUR OFFICE FOR MORE
INFORMATION.
005. SPECIFY AQUATIC BENCH SIGNAGE IN SEVERAL LOCATIONS
AROUND THE SWM/BMP, AND INCLUDE THE SIGN DETAIL IN THE
PLANS.
006. IT APPEARS THERE ARE STILL AREAS WHERE THE SWM/BMP
EASEMENT ENCROACH INTO THE CONSERVATION EASEMENT,
WHICH IS NOT ALLOWABLE. PLEASE ADDRESS.
007. IT APPEARS THERE MAY BE AN ERRANT CONSERVATION
EASEMENT LABEL ON SHEET C4.3. PLEASE ADDRESS.
008. THE ADDITION OF THE PLANTED AQUATIC BENCH ALLOWS FOR A
BMP EFFICIENCY OF 65% INSTEAD OF 50%. PLEASE UPDATE.
009. CORRECT THE CBPA/MS-4 TABLE TO REFLECT A BMP VOLUME OF
70,374CF (PER EL./VOL. TABLE IN ROUTING AT 234.50',
ASSUMING THIS IS ACCURATE).
-------- ROAD AND DRAINAGE --------
001. OUR CONCERNS ARE BASED ON THE INFORMATION SHOWN IN THE
CONSTRUCTION PLANS. THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IDENTIFYING
CRITICAL AREAS IS PLACED ON THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER
WHO SEALS THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS APPROVED. WE RESERVE
THE RIGHT TO INSPECT CONVEYANCE SYSTEMS PRIOR TO PLAT
RECORDATION AND/OR STATE ACCEPTANCE TO DETERMINE IF
ADDITIONAL IMPROVEMENTS ARE REQUIRED.
002. PROVIDE SIGNED DOCUMENTATION FROM THE GEOTECHNICAL
PROFESSIONAL WHICH ADDRESSES MINING ACTIVITIES (OR
LACK THEREOF) SPECIFIC TO THIS SECTION.
003. LABEL AND PROVIDE DB/PG NUMBERS FOR ALL EXISTING
EASEMENTS (E.G. ALONG OTTERALE ROAD).
004. SHOW AND LABEL THE LOCATION OF ALL 100-YEAR FLOODPLAIN
CROSS-SECTIONS (INCLUDE ELEVATIONS) ON SHEET C4.0,
AND SHOW/LABEL THE 100-YEAR ELEVATIONS ON ALL CROSS-
SECTIONS ON SHEET C5.8.
007. PROVIDE ADDITIONAL CONTOURS IN THE BLANK AREAS ON
SHEET C5.9, WHICH SUPPORT THE DRAINAGE AREA BOUNDARIES
SHOWN.
008. PROVIDE LEGIBLE CONTOUR LABELS ON SHEET C5.9.
009. THE 100-YEAR ELEVATIONS SHOWN ON SHEET C5.8 DO NOT
APPEAR TO MATCH THE CALCULATIONS PROVIDED (NOTE THAT
SL-1 AND SL-12 WERE PROVIDED). PLEASE ADDRESS.
010. PROVIDE 100-YEAR FLOODPLAIN CALCULATIONS, INCLUDING
HYDROLOGIC CALCS, FOR ALL 100-YEAR LOCATIONS
(CURRENTLY MISSING SL-2 THROUGH SL-11).
011. REVISE THE 100-YEAR FLOODPLAIN CALCULATIONS TO REFLECT
THE ULTIMATE DEVELOPMENT SCENARIO ('C' VALUE) AS PER
THE APPROVED HARPERS MILL TENTATIVES (OR APPROVED LAND
USE MAP FOR OFF-SITE AREAS, AS NEEDED). THIS ALSO
APPLIES TO THE 100-YEAR CULVERT DESIGN FOR STRUCTURE
5-2. FURTHER DISCUSSION MAY BE HELPFUL.
012. IT APPEARS THAT FLOODPLAIN SECTIONS SL-11 AND SL-12
WILL EXCEED THE 200-ACRE MAXIMUM FOR USE OF THE
RATIONAL METHOD. PLEASE UTILIZE SCS FOR ANY LOCATION
WHICH HAS A DRAINAGE AREA GREATER THAN 200 ACRES.
013. IT APPEARS THAT THE 100-YEAR FLOODPLAIN CALCULATIONS
DO NOT INCORPORATE THE REQUIRED 1.25X SATURATION
FACTOR. PLEASE REVISE.
014. THE TWO FLOODPLAIN SECTIONS THAT WERE PROVIDED HAVE
BEEN MODELED WITH AN IRREGULAR CHANNEL SECTION TAKEN
AT A MANNINGS 'N' OF 0.030 FOR THE ENTIRE WIDTH, BUT
THIS VALUE WOULD ONLY BE ALLOWABLE FOR THE NARROW
BED/BANK SECTION, SHOULD IT APPLY. ANY OVERBANK AREAS
NEED TO BE MODELED WITH A SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER
COEFFICIENT, LIKELY BETWEEN 0.065 AND 0.10, DEPENDING
ON FIELD CONDITIONS. NOTE THAT, IN THE MS-19
ANALYSES, THE NARROW BED/BANK CHANNEL SECTION WAS
TAKEN AT 0.045 IN LIEU OF 0.030, AS WELL. PLEASE
REVISE. FURTHER DISCUSSION MAY BE NEEDED.
015. COUNTY FLOODPLAIN ORDINANCE (SEC. 19-58E(1)) PROHIBITS
CLEARING/FILLING/GRADING WITHIN 100-YEAR FLOODPLAINS
IN THE UPPER SWIFT CREEK WATERSHED WHICH HAVE A
CONTRIBUTING DRAINAGE AREA OF 100 ACRES OR MORE, AND IT
APPEARS THAT THERE ARE SEVERAL AREAS ON SITE FOR WHICH
THIS IS THE CASE (E.G. SWM/BMP GRADING, LOTS 5-6).
PLEASE ADDRESS. FURTHER DISCUSSION MAY BE NEEDED.
016. REVISE THE INCREMENTAL DRAINAGE AREAS ON SHEET C4.1 TO
MATCH THE PROPOSED SITE GRADING AS SHOWN IN THESE
PLANS. FURTHER DISCUSSION MAY BE NEEDED.
017. INDICATE AND LABEL THE WOUS IMPACT AREAS IN THE
KENBROOK DRIVE AREA IN PLAN VIEW.
018. SPECIFY A 5:1 SWALE CENTERED OVER STRUCTURE 1-16 ON
SHEETS C3.0 AND C4.0.
019. PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE IN THE MARGIN OF A COPY OF
THESE REVIEW COMMENTS WITH YOUR NEXT PLAN SUBMITTAL.
DESIGN, DETAIL AND CALCULATIONS REQUIRED BY THE ABOVE
COMMENTS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO FURTHER REVIEW.
