APPROVAL LETTER REGARDING PAVEMENT REPLACEMENT, METHOD
OF CROSSING, AND ALIGNMENT OF UTILITY WITH STATE RIGHT
OF WAY, AND A COPY OF ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING'S
INITIAL REVIEW LETTER MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE REVISED
PLANS ARE SUBMITTED FOR RE-REVIEW.
2. PRIOR TO RELEASING TO THE CONSTRUCTION SECTION, A
COPY OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING APPROVAL LETTER
AND/OR ALL OTHER APPLICABLE LOCAL STATE AND FEDERAL
AGENCIES' APPROVAL LETTERS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THIS
DEPARTMENT. IN ADDITION, ALL EASEMENTS NOT INCLUDED

4. PROVIDE CALCULATIONS TO VERIFY THAT THE FIRE FLOW
AND DOMESTIC FLOWS CAN BE SUSTAINED WITH A RESIDUAL
PRESSURE OF 20 PSI.
5. REVISE THE SCALE OF THE PLAN VIEW TO 1" = 50'.
6. ALL DRAWING FEATURES AND TEXT IS TO BE SHOWN WITH A

10. SPECIFY 1 VF OF ADDITIONAL STONE ABOVE THE PIPE AT

VF OF COVER OVER A PVC SEWER LINE NOTING AS SUCH AT EACH
APPLICABLE LOCATION IN THE PROFILE VIEWS.
11. CHECK ALL SANITARY SEWER SLOPE CALCULATIONS FOR
ACCURACY, REVISING AS NECESSARY.
12. THERE APPEARS TO BE < 1.5 VF CLEARANCE AT EACH OF
THE SEWER CONNECTIONS FOR LOT NUMBERS 7 AND 27 WHERE
EACH CROSSES THE WATERLINE. REVISE AS NECESSARY TO
PROVIDE AT LEAST 1.5 VF SEPARATION AT EACH LOCATION.
13. SHOW THE EXISTING 15" SEWER PIPE IN THE PROFILE
VIEW AND MATCH THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED PIPE CROWN

15. REVISE THE "MATERIALS LIST" AS NECESSARY.

ONE (1) SET OF REVISED PLANS.
