5. PROVIDE PERMANENT SANITARY SEWER EASEMENTS AS
NECESSARY TO FULLY ENCUMBER ALL PROPOSED SEWERS
(INCLUDING CONNECTIONS).
6. PROVIDE THE TOTAL DISTANCE, SLOPE, DIAMETER AND
MATERIAL FOR THE SEWER RUN FROM EXISTING MANHOLE NUMBER
27 TO PROPOSED MANHOLE NUMBER 1.
7. LOWER THE RIM ELEVATION OF PROPOSED MANHOLE NUMBER
1 TO 246.53'.
8. NOTE THAT 1.5 VF MINIMUM CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AT
EACH WATER/STORM SEWER CROSSING IN THE PROFILE VIEWS.
9. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE PLANS FOR THIS PROJECT

THE INFORMATION TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT A
FERTILIZATION/LAWN CARE PROGRAM TO MINIMIZE PHOSPHOROUS

CASE 89SN0343. THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROGRAM SHALL
BECOME A PART OF THE COVENANTS FOR THE PROJECT AFFECTING
ALL PROPERTIES WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT.
