APPROVAL LETTER REGARDING PAVEMENT REPLACEMENT, METHOD
OF CROSSING, AND ALIGNMENT OF UTILITY WITH STATE RIGHT
OF WAY, AND A COPY OF ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING'S
INITIAL REVIEW LETTER MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE REVISED
PLANS ARE SUBMITTED FOR RE-REVIEW.
2. PRIOR TO RELEASING TO THE CONSTRUCTION SECTION, A
COPY OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING APPROVAL LETTER
AND/OR ALL OTHER APPLICABLE LOCAL STATE AND FEDERAL
AGENCIES' APPROVAL LETTERS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THIS
DEPARTMENT. IN ADDITION, ALL EASEMENTS NOT INCLUDED

4. PROVIDE DEED BOOK AND PAGE NUMBERS FOR EACH
EXISTING EASEMENT.
5. FIELD VERIFY THE TOP AND ALL INVERT ELEVATIONS OF
THE PROPOSED TIE-IN MANHOLE REFLECTING THE FIELD DATA ON
THE PLANS.
6. PROVIDE A NOTE, IN EACH OF THE PLAN AND PROFILE
VIEWS, STATING THAT EXISTING MANHOLE NUMBER 27 IS TO BE
CORE DRILLED AND A KOR-N-SEAL GASKET IS TO BE INSTALLED.
7. SPECIFY EACH WATER SERVICE > 60 LF AS 1" IN
DIAMETER. NOTE THIS CONDITION ON EACH APPLICABLE LOT IN
THE PLAN VIEWS.
8. THERE APPEARS TO BE < 1.5 VF CLEARANCE AT EACH OF
THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
A. THE SEWER CONNECTION FOR LOT NUMBER 8 AND THE
STORM SEWER.
B. THE SEWER CONNECTION FOR LOT NUMBER 7 AND THE
WATER LINE.
REVISE AS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE 1.5 VF CLEARANCE AT
EACH LOCATION.
9. PROCEED AS FOLLOWS REGARDING THE PROPOSED WATER
LINE IN THE AREA OF STATION 10 + 20 ±, GILLINGHAM DRIVE:
A. SHOW AND "CALL OUT" EACH WATER LINE BEND IN
THE PROFILE VIEW.
B. THIS ALIGNMENT WILL REQUIRE AN ENGINEERED,
DESIGNED, JOINT RESTRAINT SYSTEM. PROVIDE A COPY OF ALL
CALCULATIONS PERFORMED TO THE LENGTHS OF PIPE REQUIRING
JOINT RESTRAINT, AND CLEARLY SHOW THESE DISTANCES IN THE
PROFILE VIEWS.
10. PROCEED AS FOLLOWS AT THE PROPOSED TIE-IN MANHOLE:
A. PROVIDE THE COUNTY PROJECT NUMBER AND AS-BUILT
MANHOLE NUMBER.
B. SHOW IT USING A "DARK, DASHED" LINE TYPE.
C. SHOW THE EXISTING 42" SEWER LINE AND MATCH EXISTING AND
ROWN ELEVATIONS.
11. SPECIFY DUCTILE IRON (CLASS 52 MINIMUM) WITH
CONCRETE ENCASEMENT FROM MANHOLE NUMBER 1 TO 2 TO 3.
SHOW THE APPLICABLE DETAIL ON THE PLANS, REFERENCING ITS
LOCATION.
12. CHECK ALL SANITARY SEWER SLOPE CALCULATIONS FOR
ACCURACY, REVISING AS NECESSARY.
13. LABEL THE "FUTURE LOT" AND PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING
NOTE ON THAT PLAN VIEWSHEET:
FOR WATER SERVICES ON FUTURE LOTS
1. THE FRONT PROPERTY CORNER OF EACH "FUTURE LOT"
IS TO BE STAKED IN THE FIELD.
2. LOCATE THE WATER SERVICES FOR TWO ADJOINING
LOTS AT A COMMON FRONT PROPERTY CORNER AT ALL PRACTICAL
LOCATIONS WHILE PROVIDING 10 LF MINIMUM HORIZONTAL
SEPARATION BETWEEN ALL WATER SERVICES/METER BOXES AND
ALL SANITARY SEWER CONNECTIONS AT ALL LOCATIONS.

18. THESE ARE IN REGARDS TO THE PROFILES:
A) AS PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED, PLEASE BE SURE TO SHOW/LABEL
THE LIMITS OF THE 100-YEAR FLOODPLAIN, WETLAND, RPA,
ROW, ETC. ON ALL APPLICABLE PROFILES.
19. AS A PREREQUISITE TO SUBDIVISION PLAT RECORDATION:
A) THE $100/LOT BMP MAINTENANCE FEE MUST BE RECEIVED.
B) APPROVED BONDING AND RECORDED EASEMENTS WITH DEED
BOOK AND PAGE NUMBER FOR THE SWM DETENTION POND MUST BE
PROVIDED.
C) A COPY OF THE COVENANTS AND ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION
OF THE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE
ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT FOR APPROVAL. THE
ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT WILL DETERMINE
WHETHER THE SUBDIVISION HAS BEEN PROVIDED WITH THE
INFORMATION TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT A
FERTILIZATION/LAWN CARE PROGRAM TO MINIMIZE PHOSPHOROUS
RUNOFF. THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROGRAM SHALL BECOME A
PART OF THE COVENANTS FOR THE PROJECT AFFECTING ALL
PROPERTIES WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT.
