AN ITEMIZED COST ESTIMATE OF THE PROPOSED UTILITIES,
DRAINAGE AND ROAD IMPROVEMENTS, PLUS SNOW

BOND WAS DERIVED, MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO SURETY
