PERMITS IN RELATION TO ENVIRONMENTAL FEATURES
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WETLANDS, SURFACE WATER,
GROUND WATER, AND AIR QUALITY. FINAL APPROVAL OF THESE
PLANS WILL NOT RELIEVE YOU OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.
---------EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL---------
004. SHEET 8: MS-19 #3: THERE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE AN
ADEQUATE BED/BANK CHANNEL BELOW THE END OF THE DITCH.
PER THE FIELD VISIT CONDUCTED WITH COUNTY STAFF ON
6/8/15, WHILE A BED/BANK CHANNEL DOES EXIST ALONG SOME
OF THIS AREA, IT IS NOT CONTINUOUS AND A PORTION
FLATTENS OUT AND THE CLEAR BED/BANK CHANNEL CEASES FOR
SOME DISTANCE. MS-19 IS NOT SATISFIED. IF A REAR
DITCH IS INSTALLED DURING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE
ADJACENT SUMMERLAKE LOTS, IT MAY SATISFY THE
REQUIREMENT IF CALCULATIONS CAN SHOW IT IS AN ADEQUATE
RECEIVING CHANNEL. IN THAT CASE, CONSTRUCTION OF THE
OUTFALL AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONTRIBUTING LOTS IN
WESTERLEIGH SECTION 10 WOULD NEED TO BE DELAYED UNTIL
SUCH TIME THAT THE DEFINED CHANNEL IS CONSTRUCTED.
FURTHER DISCUSSION MAY BE HELPFUL.
---------STORMWATER COMPUTATIONS---------
005. THE PROPOSED INCREASE IN STORMWATER PEAK
DISCHARGE/VOLUME FROM THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOTS 1 THROUGH
14 BORDERING ON THE FUTURE SUMMER LAKE DEVELOPMENT
DOES NOT HAVE AN ADEQUATE RECEIVING FACILITY BASED ON
THE 6/8/15 FIELD VISIT. THE 2-YR PRE/POST CALCULATIONS
INCLUDED ONLY ACCOUNT FOR ONSITE DRAINAGE AND MUST
INCLUDE THE OFFSITE DRAINAGE FROM THE OTHER SECTION OF
WESTERLEIGH AND THE FUTURE SUMMERLAKE DEVELOPMENT.
WRITTEN ACKNOWLEDGMENT FROM THE DEVELOPER/OWNER OF
SUMMERLAKE THAT THE INCREASES IN STORMWATER IN A NON-
ERODIBLE CONVEYANCE WITHOUT BED/BANK CONSTRAINS IS ONE
ALTERNATIVE. DELAYING RECORDATION OF LOTS OR
INSTALLATION OF AN ATTENUATION BASIN IS ANOTHER
ALTERNATIVE. FURTHER DISCUSSION MAY BE HELPFUL.
006. HYDRAULIC GRADE LINE COMPUTAIONS:
A. OUTLET WATER SURFACE ELEVATIONS FOR THE USCSET
OUTFALLS SHOULD BE SET TO THE TOP OF STRUCTURE OR
KNOWN WSE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. THIS MAY AFFECT
THE DESIGN OF THE SYSTEM UPSTREAM OF STRUCTURE 1 OR
7. THIS WAS ADDRESSED IN THE 10-YR CALCULATIONS
SPREADSHEET BUT NOT THE 100-YR. PLEASE REVISE.
B. IT APPEARS THAT THE 100 YEAR WSE AT STRUCTURE 33
WILL OVERTOP THE CURB AT THE ELLERBY COURT CUL-DE-
SAC AND COULD POTENTIALLY FLOW LOTS 5/6. PLEASE
ADDRESS.
007. IT APPEARS THAT THE REVISIONS OF THE DRAINAGE AREAS FOR
BOTH WESTERLEIGH SECTION 10 AND 11 DRIVE HAVE INCREASED
THE TOTAL DISCHARGE TO THE STREAM FEATURE WHICH FLOWS
INTO THE SUMMER LAKE DEVELOPMENT THAT WILL EXCEED THE
CAPACITY OF THE DOWNSTREAM CULVERT AND 100 YEAR
BACKWATER AT SHORELAND DRIVE. THE SUBMITTED 100-YR
FLPL XSEC 8 INDICATES A PROPOSED FLOW OF 96.89 CFS
WHILE THE DOWNSTREAM CULVERT WAS DESIGNED FOR A 100-YR
FLOW OF 69.8 CFS. PLEASE ADDRESS AND COORDINATE
REVISIONS AND CALCULATIONS WITH THE SUBMITTAL OF
WESTERLEIGH SECTION 11. DOWNSTREAM INFRASTRUCTURE
CALCULATIONS FROM SUMMER LAKE SECTION 9 DEVELOPMENT
HAVE BEEN PROVIDED BY SEPARATE ATTACHMENT. FURTHER
DISCUSSION MAY BE HELPFUL.

INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WETLANDS, SURFACE WATER,
GROUND WATER, AND AIR QUALITY. FINAL APPROVAL OF THESE
PLANS WILL NOT RELIEVE YOU OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.
-------- ROAD AND DRAINAGE --------
004. SHEETS 3 & 3A: UPDATE THE STORM STRUCTURE TABLES TO
REMOVE CONFLICTS AND REFLECT THE CHANGES MADE TO REMOVE
STRUCTURE 7 AND ROUTE FLOWS TO POND 1. ALSO CORRECT
STRUCTURE 44 PIPE SIZE LABEL TO 15" NOT 42".
005. SHEETS 11 & 12: THE DRAINAGE AREA DELINEATIONS AND AREA
LABELING VARY SLIGHTLY AND DO NOT MATCH WHAT WAS
PROVIDED IN THE WESTERLEIGH SECTION 11 SUBMITTAL.
PLEASE ADDRESS AND COORDINATE REVISIONS AND
CALCULATIONS WITH THE SUBMITTAL OF WESTERLEIGH
SECTION 11.
006. SHEETS 11: THE WESTERN RUNOFF PRE/POST FLOW RATES DO
NOT MATCH THE CALCULATED VALUES FROM THE HYDROLOGY
WORKSHEET. PLEASE REVISE.
006. SHEETS 11: STRUCTURE 9 IS A DI-6 AND WOULD COLLECT ALL
FLOW FROM THE 0.64 ACRE DRAINAGE AREA. HOWEVER THE 200
LF OLF PATH APPEARS TO BYPASS THE STRUCTURE AND FLOW
DIRECTLY THE CREEK. PLEASE ADDRESS.
007. SHEETS 3/11/12 STILL SHOW THE PREVIOUS P9 OUTFALL (FROM
SECTION 11). PLEASE REVISE ACCORDINGLY.
-------- EROSION CONTROL --------
008. MS-19 #3 & OVERALL WESTERN PROPERTY LINE:
A) THERE IS NOT AN ADEQUATE RECEIVING CHANNEL IMMEDIATELY
BELOW THE DITCH ALONG LOTS 7/12. SITUATION B IS NOT
APPLICABLE. THE DITCH SHOULD FLATTEN TO SHEET FLOW AT
THE PROPERTY LINE TO AVOID CREATING A POINT DISCHARGE.
HOWEVER, THE POST DEVELOPMENT FLOW RATE EXCEEDS THE
PREDEVELOPMENT RATE (1.58 VS 1.29). THEREFORE MS-19 AT
POINT #3 IS NOT SATISFIED. PLEASE REVISE.
B) SITUATION F MAY BE APPLICABLE FOR THE OVERALL WESTERN
PROPERTY LINE IF THE POST DEVELOPMENT FLOWS ARE LESS
THAN PRE-DEVELOPMENT. HOWEVER THE 2-YR PRE/POST
CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED ONLY ACCOUNT FOR ONSITE DRAINAGE
AND MUST INCLUDE THE OFFSITE DRAINAGE FROM THE OTHER
SECTION OF WESTERLEIGH AND THE FUTURE SUMMERLAKE
DEVELOPMENT. A WRITTEN VARIANCE REQUEST WILL ALSO BE
REQUIRED SINCE NO ADEQUATE RECEIVING CHANNEL EXISTS.
IF THIS CAN BE DEMONSTRATED, LOTS 1, 2, 4, 5, & 6 CAN
BE RECORDED AT THIS TIME.
B) IF POST DEVELOPMENT FLOWS CANNOT BE SHOWN TO BE LESS
THAN PREDEVELOPMENT, LOTS DISCHARGING ALONG THE WESTERN
PROPERTY LINE AND FROM DITCH 7/12 SHOULD BE GHOSTED.
THIS WOULD APPLY TO LOTS 4, 7-9, & 11-14 IN ADDITION TO
LOTS 1, 2, 5, & 6 ALREADY LISTED. REMOVE ANY REFERENCE
TO NPB FOR THESE LOTS AS THEY SHOULD ALL BE LABELED AS
FUTURE. THE SECTION LIMITS MUST BE REVISED AND LOT
NUMBERING UPDATED EXCLUDING LOTS 1, 2, 4-9, & 11-14.
C) ALSO, REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF AN ADEQUATE RECEIVING
CHANNEL WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE THE RECORDATION OF
THESE FUTURE LOTS.
D) WRITTEN ACKNOWLEDGMENT FROM THE DEVELOPER/OWNER OF
SUMMERLAKE THAT THE INCREASES IN STORMWATER IN A NON-
ERODIBLE CONVEYANCE WITHOUT BED/BANK CONSTRAINTS IS ONE
ALTERNATIVE. DIVERSION OF ADDITIONAL FLOW TO POND 1 IS
ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE. FURTHER DISCUSSION MAY BE
HELPFUL.
E) REVISE MS-19 TABLE ON SHEET 8 TO REFLECT DEMONSTRATED
METHOD OF COMPLIANCE.
-------- STORMWATER COMPUTATIONS --------
009. HYDRAULIC GRADE LINE CALCULATIONS:
A) AS PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED, THE OUTLET WATER SURFACE
ELEVATIONS (WSE) FOR THE USCSET OUTFALL SHOULD BE SET
TO THE TOP OF STRUCTURE OR KNOWN WSE, WHICHEVER IS
GREATER. FOR STRUCTURE 3 THIS ELEV. = 256.05. THIS
WAS ADDRESSED IN THE 10-YR CALCULATIONS SPREADSHEET BUT
NOT THE 100-YR. PLEASE REVISE.
B) AS PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED, IT APPEARS THAT THE 100 YEAR
WSE AT STRUCTURES 31 & 33 WILL EXCEED THE RIM
ELEVATIONS AND OVERTOP THE CURB AT THE ELLERBY COURT
CUL-DE-SAC AND COULD POTENTIALLY FLOW THROUGH LOTS 5/6.
PLEASE ADDRESS.
C) THE OUTLET WATER SURFACE ELEVATIONS FOR THE OUTFALLS
INTO POND 1 (AT STRUCTURES 17 & 41) SHOULD BE SET TO
THE CALCULATED WSE IN THE POND FOR THE 10-YR AND 100-YR
STORMS AS THESE ELEVATIONS APPEAR TO BE GREATER 0.8
TIMES THE DIAMETER OF THE OUTLET PIPE (0.8D). THIS
COULD CAUSE FLOWS TO EXCEED THE RIM ELEVATIONS OF
UPSTREAM STRUCTURES. PLEASE REVISE.
010. POND ROUTING CALCULATIONS:
B) THE HYDROLOGY WORKSHEET CALCULATIONS DATED 7/13/2015
INDICATED A TOTAL DRAINAGE AREA TO THE 100-YR XSEC #8
AS 31.13 ACRES. THE TOTAL DRAINAGE AREA AT THE
SUMMERLAKE STRUCTURE E15 LOCATED DOWNSTREAM OF XSEC #8
SHOULD BE LARGER, HOWEVER THE ROUTING CALCULATIONS
INDICATE A TOTAL DRAINAGE AREA OF 29.4 ACRES. BASED ON
THE DRAINAGE AREA MAPS PROVIDED, THE TOTAL DRAINAGE
AREA APPEARS TO BE 31.7 ACRES. PLEASE ADDRESS AND
COORDINATE REVISIONS AND CALCULATIONS WITH THE
SUBMITTAL OF WESTERLEIGH SECTION 11.
C) THE SUBCATCHMENT DRAINAGE AREAS LISTED IN THE ROUTING
CALCULATIONS DO NOT APPEAR TO MATCH THE DRAINAGE AREA
MAPS (SHEETS 11 & 12). REVISE THE DRAINAGE AREA MAPS
TO CLEARLY SHOW THE LIMITS OF EACH SUBCATCHMENT.
PLEASE ADDRESS AND COORDINATE REVISIONS AND
CALCULATIONS WITH THE SUBMITTAL OF WESTERLEIGH
SECTION 11.
D) THE SUMMARY SHEETS FOR "POND 9P: SEC11 CULVERT" AND
"LINK 11L: STR E15" WERE INCLUDED FOR THE 1, 2, & 10
YEAR STORMS. HOWEVER THE 100-YR STORM SHEETS WERE
MISSING. PLEASE SUBMIT.
E) THE ROUTING OF ALL SUBCATCHMENTS MUST BE CLEARLY SHOWN
TO ACCOUNT FOR THE VARYING PEAK TIMES. PLEASE REVISE
THE "LINK 11L: STR E15" SUMMARY SHEETS TO SHOW EACH
INDIVIDUAL SUBCATCHMENT HYDROGRAPH AS SEPARATE INFLOWS.
F) IF COMPLIANCE WITH CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS IN DOWNSTREAM
SUMMERLAKE CULVERT CANNOT BE DEMONSTRATED FOR THE
COMBINED WESTERLEIGH SECTIONS 10 & 11 DEVELOPMENT, IT
MAY BE POSSIBLE TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE FOR ONE
SECTION WHILE THE OTHER IS DELAYED UNTIL COMPLIANCE CAN
BE SHOWN THROUGH REVISED ROUTING CALCULATIONS OR
ANOTHER APPROVED METHOD. A FURTHER DISCUSSION IS
REQUESTED.
-------- SWM/BMP DESIGN --------
011. SHEET 3A: SPECIFY THAT THE OUTFALL PIPE PENETRATING
THE POND EMBANKMENT (STRUCTURE 44) SHALL BE O-RING RCP
PIPE.
012. SHEET 3A: THE SWM/BMP EASEMENT ENCLOSING THE FACILITY
SHOULD BE 25' OFF THE 100-YR WSE OR TOE OF DAM,
WHICHEVER IS MOST RESTRICTIVE. THE WIDTH MAY BE
REDUCED ADJACENT TO WOUS. PLEASE REVISE.
013. SHEET 3A: SHOW AND DIMENSION A 50' VEGETATIVE
PERIMETER YARD SETBACK MEASURED FROM THE 100-YR WSE OR
TOE OF DAM OF POND 1, WHICHEVER IS MORE RESTRICTIVE.
IT APPEARS THIS WILL AFFECT LOT #23 OF SECTION 11.
PLEASE ADDRESS AND COORDINATE REVISIONS WITH THE
SUBMITTAL OF WESTERLEIGH SECTION 11.
014. SHEET 3A: PROVIDE 12' WIDE MAINTENANCE CORRIDOR ALONG
THE TOP OF THE EMBANKMENT ON THE WESTERN (LOT 23) SIDE
OF THE POND TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE OUTFLOW LOCATIONS.
015. SHEET 3A: PROVIDE A SCALED X-SECTION THROUGH THE
CONCRETE WEIR SPILLWAY FROM INFLOW TO OUTFLOW.
016. SHEET 3A: LABEL THE WOUS AND 3:1 SLOPES IN THE GRADING
PLAN.
017. SHEET 3A: IT APPEARS THE EMBANKMENT ENCROACHES ON AND
IMPACTS THE 100-YR FLOODPLAIN AT STRUCTURE 44 WHICH IS
NOT DESIRABLE. PLEASE REVISE.

OWNERS, N/F MARONEY, N/F MARSHALECK, AND N/F BURLOCK
WHICH SHOULD BE SENT U.S. POSTAL CERTIFIED MAIL, RETURN
RECEIPT REQUESTED. INCLUDE AN 8.5X11 COPY OF THE
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY ADJACENT TO THEIR
PROPERTIES.
003. AS A PREREQUISITE TO SUBDIVISION PLAT RECORDATION:
A) A $100/LOT BMP MAINTENANCE FEE MUST BE RECEIVED.
004. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE APPLICANT TO COMPLY
WITH AND/OR ACQUIRE ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL AND/OR STATE
PERMITS IN RELATION TO ENVIRONMENTAL FEATURES
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WETLANDS, SURFACE WATER,
GROUND WATER, AND AIR QUALITY. FINAL APPROVAL OF THESE
PLANS WILL NOT RELIEVE YOU OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.
-------- ROAD AND DRAINAGE --------
005. SHEETS 3 & 3A: AS PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED UPDATE THE
STORM STRUCTURE TABLES TO REMOVE CONFLICTS AND REFLECT
THE CHANGES MADE TO DELETE STRUCTURE 7. THERE ARE
MULTIPLE CONFLICTS OF BOTH INVERT AND TOP ELEVATION
BETWEEN THESE TABLES AND THE STORM SEWER CALCULATIONS
WORKSHEETS. PLEASE ADDRESS.
006. SHEET 3: STRUCTURE 9 IS A DI-6 AND SHOULD COLLECT ALL
FLOW FROM THE 0.66 ACRE DRAINAGE AREA. HOWEVER THE TOP
ELEVATION OF THE STRUCTURE IS SET APPROXIMATELY 2.5
FEET ABOVE THE SURROUNDING GRADE. ADDITIONALLY, THE
FILL OVER THE ADJACENT PIPES APPEARS TO CREATE A DAM
EFFECT AT THE REAR OF LOT 27. STRUCTURE 9 IS ALSO ONE
OF THE CONFLICTS BETWEEN THE TABLES ON SHEET 3/3A:
(TOP ELEV. 243.07 VS 245.5). PLEASE ADDRESS.
-------- EROSION CONTROL --------
007. MS-19 #3 & OVERALL WESTERN PROPERTY LINE:
A) AS PREVIOUSLY NOTED THERE IS NOT AN ADEQUATE RECEIVING
CHANNEL IMMEDIATELY BELOW THE DITCH ALONG LOTS 7/12.
SITUATION B IS NOT APPLICABLE. SITUATION F MAY BE
APPLICABLE FOR THE OVERALL WESTERN PROPERTY LINE IF THE
POST DEVELOPMENT FLOWS ARE LESS THAN PRE-DEVELOPMENT.
A WRITTEN VARIANCE REQUEST WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED SINCE
NO ADEQUATE RECEIVING CHANNEL EXISTS.
B) THE 2-YR PRE/POST CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED ONLY ROUTE THE
POST DEVELOPMENT DRAINAGE THROUGH THE WETLAND AREA.
SINCE THE WETLAND POCKETS EXISTED UNDER PREDEVELOPED
CONDITIONS, THEY SHOULD BE ROUTED AS WELL FOR
PREDEVELOPED DISCHARGES.
C) IF THE REVISED ROUTING CALCULATIONS FOR THE WETLANDS
DO NOT PROVIDE ENOUGH ATTENUATION TO ACCOUNT FOR THE
INCREASED FLOWS, AND POST DEVELOPMENT FLOWS CANNOT BE
SHOWN TO BE LESS THAN PREDEVELOPMENT, LOTS DISCHARGING
ALONG THE WESTERN PROPERTY LINE AND FROM DITCH 7/12
SHOULD BE GHOSTED LABELED AS FUTURE. THIS WOULD APPLY
TO LOTS 5-9, & 11-14. THE SECTION LIMITS MUST BE
REVISED AND LOT NUMBERING UPDATED TO EXCLUDE THESE
LOTS. ALSO, REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF AN ADEQUATE
RECEIVING CHANNEL WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE THE
RECORDATION OF THESE FUTURE LOTS.
D) WRITTEN ACKNOWLEDGMENT FROM THE DEVELOPER/OWNER OF
SUMMERLAKE THAT THE INCREASES IN STORMWATER IN A NON-
ERODIBLE CONVEYANCE WITHOUT BED/BANK CONSTRAINTS IS ONE
ALTERNATIVE. FURTHER DISCUSSION MAY BE HELPFUL.
E) BASED ON THE WESTERN RUNOFF A-6 CALCULATIONS, IT
APPEARS THAT POST DEVELOPMENT FLOW FROM LOTS 1-2, & 4
IS LOWER THAN PREDEVELOPMENT. THESE LOTS MAY BE
DEVELOPED AT THIS TIME. SITUATION F IS APPLICABLE. A
WRITTEN VARIANCE REQUEST SHOULD BE SUBMITTED SINCE NO
ADEQUATE RECEIVING CHANNEL EXISTS.
F) REVISE MS-19 TABLE ON SHEET 8 TO REFLECT DEMONSTRATED
METHOD OF COMPLIANCE.
008. MS-19 #4: PLEASE REVISE THE 2-YR FLOWS ON THE CROSS
SECTION, MS-19 TABLE, AND HYDROLOGY WORKSHEETS TO MATCH
AS THEY CURRENTLY CONFLICT WITH EACHOTHER (31.29,
29.09, AND 30.39 CFS). THE CHANNEL IS ADEQUATE FOR ANY
OF THESE FLOWS AND SITUATION B IS APPROPRIATE.
-------- STORMWATER COMPUTATIONS --------
007. HYDRAULIC GRADE LINE CALCULATIONS:
A) AS PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED, IT APPEARS THAT THE 100 YEAR
WSE AT STRUCTURES 31 & 33 WILL EXCEED THE RIM
ELEVATIONS AND OVERTOP THE CURB AT THE ELLERBY COURT
CUL-DE-SAC AND COULD POTENTIALLY FLOW THROUGH LOTS 5/6.
WHILE THE NEW SWALE DIRECTS FLOW THROUGH LOTS 5/6,
THERE IS NO 100-YR FLOODPLAIN OR OTHER DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENT AT THE REAR OF THESE LOTS AND THE
CONCENTRATED FLOW WOULD ENTER THE ADJACENT SUMMERLAKE
DEVELOPMENT. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. PLEASE ADDRESS.
B) AS PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED THE OUTLET WATER SURFACE
ELEVATIONS FOR THE OUTFALLS INTO POND 1 (AT STRUCTURES
17 & 41) SHOULD BE SET TO THE CALCULATED WSE IN THE
POND FOR THE 10-YR STORMS. THIS APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN
ADDRESSED FOR THE 100-YR CALCULATIONS.
C) THE 100-YR HGL CALCULATIONS INDICATE FLOWS WILL EXCEED
THE RIM ELEVATIONS FOR THE MAJORITY OF THE STRUCTURES
UPSTREAM OF SWM 1. AS THE ROUTING CALCULATIONS TO THE
EXISTING SUMMERLAKE CULVERT DEPEND ON THE DETENTION OF
THE 100-YR STORM, THESE FLOWS MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO
BYPASS SWM 1. PROVIDING A FLOW PATH IN THE RIGHT
OF WAY OR A DRAINAGE EASEMENT TO THE ESTABLISHED
FLOODPLAIN WILL NOT BE AN ACCEPTABLE ALTERNATIVE.
UPSIZING THE PIPES IN THE SYSTEM MAY ELIMINATE THIS
PROBLEM.
008. THE "SITE RUNOFF TO E15" ROUTING CALCULATIONS WHICH
INCLUDE FLOWS FROM BOTH SECTION 10 & 11 ARE
ACCEPTABLE. HOWEVER FINAL APPROVAL IS CONTINGENT ON
APPROVAL OF THE HGL CALCULATIONS DEMONSTRATING ALL
FLOWS ARE DIRECTED INTO SWM 1 AS INDICATED IN THE
ROUTING CALCULATIONS.
009. FOR FUTURE SUBMITTALS, PLEASE UPDATE THE DATE FIELD ON
THE CALCULATION WORKSHEETS TO AVOID CONFUSION WITH
PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED CALCS.
-------- SWM/BMP DESIGN --------
010. SHEET 3: AS NOTED IN THE SECTION 11 COMMENTS DATED
06/15/16 CONSTRUCTION OF SWM 1 AND ASSOCIATED DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENTS WILL ENCROACH ON LOT 23 OF SECTION 11.
ONE OPTION IS TO DELAY RECORDATION OF LOT 23 OF SECTION
11 UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE IMPROVEMENTS HAVE BEEN
INSTALLED. ANOTHER OPTION IS TO INCLUDE THE
CONSTRUCTION OF SWM 1 AND ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE IN
SECTION 11.
011. SHEET 3A: AS NOTED IN THE SECTION 11 COMMENTS DATED
06/15/16 REVISE THE SWM ESMT LIMITS TO COINCIDE WITH
THE R/W FOR BOTH SWM 1. A SKETCH HAS BEEN PROVIDED
AS A SEPARATE ATTACHMENT FOR CLARIFICATION.
012. SHEET 3: AS NOTED IN THE SECTION 11 COMMENTS DATED
06/15/16 THE RIPRAP OUTLET PROTECTION FROM SWM 1
ENCROACHES ON LOT 24 OF SECTION 11. PLEASE REDUCE THE
EXTENTS OF THE RIPRAP ON THE EASTERN BANK TO THE LIMITS
OF THE 100-YR FLOODPLAIN.
013. PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO EACH OF THE
COMMENTS ABOVE WITH YOUR NEXT PLAN SUBMITTAL.
