THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. A COPY OF VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION'S
APPROVAL LETTER REGARDING PAVEMENT REPLACEMENT, METHOD OF
CROSSING, AND ALIGNMENT OF UTILITY WITH STATE RIGHT OF
WAY, AND A COPY OF ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING'S INITIAL
REVIEW LETTER MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE REVISED PLANS ARE
SUBMITTED FOR RE-REVIEW.
2. PRIOR TO RELEASING TO THE CONSTRUCTION SECTION, A
COPY OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING APPROVAL LETTER
AND/OR ALL OTHER APPLICABLE LOCAL STATE AND FEDERAL
AGENCIES' APPROVAL LETTERS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THIS
DEPARTMENT. IN ADDITION, ALL EASEMENTS NOT INCLUDED WITH
THE SUBDIVISION PLAT MUST BE DEDICATED WITH A SEPARATE
PLAT AND AGREEMENT TO THE COUNTY PRIOR TO RELEASING THE
PROJECT TO THE CONSTRUCTION SECTION.
3. SHOW THE COUNTY PROJECT NUMBER 15-0031 ON THE LOWER
RIGHT HAND CORNER OF EACH SHEET.
4. REVISE ITEM NUMBER 4 UNDER "NOTES" TO REFLECT AN
ELEVATION OF 225' AND NOTE THIS CONDITION ON EACH
APPLICABLE LOT IN THE PLAN VIEWS.
5. LABEL ALLCROFT DRIVE ON SHEET NUMBER 12 OF 34.
6. LABEL THE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT IN FUTURE GLENWORTH
DRIVE ON SHEET 14 OF 34.
7. REVISE THE MATCH LINE REFERENCE IN THE PROFILE VIEW
ON GLENWORTH DRIVE (STATION 13 + 50 ±) TO "ABOVE RIGHT".
8. THERE APPEARS TO BE AN ERROR IN THE SANITARY SEWER
SLOPE CALCULATION BETWEEN MANHOLE NUMBERS 33 AND 24.
PLEASE EXAMINE THOROUGHLY, REVISING AS NECESSARY.
9. MAKE USE OF AVAILABLE SLOPE TO OBTAIN 3 VF OF
CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE DITCH.
10. EXAMINE THE PROFILE LABELS ON SHEET NUMBER 21 OF 34
FOR ACCURACY, REVISING AS NECESSARY.
11. THOROUGHLY EXAMINE ALL SHEETS TO CORRECT ALL
EXTRANEOUS MARKINGS, OVERLAPPING TEXT, ILLEGIBLE TEXT AND
DRAWING FEATURES, ETC. IN ORDER TO FACILITATE A CLEAN
DRAWING WITH ALL TEXT AND DRAWING FEATURES COMPLETELY
LEGIBLE AND ABUNDANTLY VISIBLE.
12. REVISE THE "MATERIALS LIST" AS NECESSARY.
PLEASE MAKE ALL OF THE SUGGESTED CHANGES, AND SUBMIT TWO
(2) SETS OF REVISED PLANS.
THE OWNER MUST ENTER INTO A COUNTY CONTRACT PRIOR TO THE
START OF CONSTRUCTION. PLEASE SEND ME A COPY OF THE
"ACCEPTED" BID PROPOSAL BETWEEN THE DEVELOPER AND THE
CONTRACTOR SO WE MAY PREPARE THE COUNTY CONTRACT. THE BID
PROPOSAL MUST BE BASED ON THE LATEST REVISED UTILITIES
PLANS REFLECTING THE REVIEWER'S STAMP, AND ALL WORK MUST
BE PERFORMED BY AN ACCEPTABLE UTILITIES CONTRACTOR. IF
PLANS ARE REVISED AFTER CONTRACT PREPARATION DUE TO A
CHANGE BECAUSE OF VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION'S
AND/OR ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT'S APPROVAL OF
THE ROAD, DRAINAGE, AND EROSION CONTROL DESIGN OR BECAUSE
OF STATE AGENCIES' REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF THE UTILITIES
DESIGN, A REVISED BID PROPOSAL MAY BE NECESSARY TO
ACCURATELY REFLECT THE LATEST UTILITIES DESIGN AND A NEW
CONTRACT PREPARATION MAY BE NECESSARY AND EXECUTED PRIOR
