==== SWM/BMP ======
1. IT APPEARS THE TOP OF THE RISER ELEVATION HAS BEEN
REVISED TO 260.50. PLEASE BE SURE TO REFLECT THE REVISED
DATA ON ALL APPLICABLE VIEWS (I.E. AT STR. 26 IN THE
DRAINAGE STRUCTURE SUMMARY SHEET C-10, ETC.).
2. IT APPEARS THE BMP ACCESS ROAD WILL BE PAVED (SHEET C-
11). PLEASE LABEL AS SUCH ON ALL APPLICABLE VIEWS.
======= ROAD AND DRAINAGE =======
1. DUE TO THE ABSENCE OF CENTERLINE STAKING AND HEAVY
VEGETATION, OUR CONCERNS ARE BASED ON THE INFORMATION SHOWN
IN THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS. THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR
IDENTIFYING CRITICAL AREAS IS PLACED ON THE PROFESSIONAL
ENGINEER WHO SEALS THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS APPROVED. WE
RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECT CONVEYANCE SYSTEMS PRIOR TO
PLAT RECORDATION AND/OR STATE ACCEPTANCE TO DETERMINE IF
ADDITIONAL IMPROVEMENTS ARE REQUIRED.
2. THE WATER QUALITY DEPARTMENT IS CURRENTLY REVIEWING THE
APPROPRIATE PLANTING TO BE PROVIDED ALONG THE FILL SLOPES
STEEPER THAN 3:1 TO PROVIDE LONG-TERM FREE MAINTENANCE.
THIS OFFICE IS UNSURE IF THE LOVEGRASS VEGETATION WOULD BE
ENOUGH TO PROTECT THE FILL SLOPE AREAS.
IN ADDITION, PROVIDE A NOTE IN BOLD PRINT ON THE COVER
SHEET (SHEET C-1) STATING, "THE DEVELOPER IS RESPONSIBLE
FOR THE IMMEDIATE STABILIZATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE 2:1
SLOPE ALONG THE REAR OF LOTS 9 THRU 14 FOR A PERIOD OF ONE
YEAR AFTER STATE ACCEPTANCE OF THE ROADS."
3. THESE ARE IN REGARDS TO THE PROFILES:
A) IT APPEARS THE STORM STR. 1 THRU 7 PROFILE (SHEET C-
14) HAS BEEN REVISED TO REDUCE THE LENGTH OF STORM SEWER
STR'S 1/2. HOWEVER, THE PROPOSED GRADING PERTINENT TO
THE FILL SLOPE 2:1 THAT WAS SHOWN TO TIE TO THE EXISTING
GRADE HAS BEEN CUT OFF FROM THE PROFILE VIEW. PLEASE
EXTEND THE PROFILE WITH SUFFICIENT LENGTH TO SHOW THE
PROPOSED GRADE TYING BACK TO THE EXISTING GRADE.
IN ADDITION, INCLUDE, PART OF THE EXISTING CHANNEL AND
LABEL THE LIMITS OF THE 100-YEAR FLOODPLAIN ON THIS
PROFILE. REVISE ACCORDINGLY.
4. AS A PREREQUISITE TO SUBDIVISION PLAT RECORDATION:
A) THE $100/LOT MAINTENANCE FEE MUST BE RECEIVED.
B) APPROVED BONDING AND RECORDED EASEMENTS WITH DEED
BOOK AND PAGE NUMBER FOR THE SWM/BMP WETPOND MUST BE
PROVIDED.
