8. REVISE THE SLOPE IN THE PROPOSED SEWER FROM MANHOLE 11
TO 12 TO 0.52%.
9. USE THE AVAILABLE SLOPE TO PROVIDE 3 LF COVER AT THE
WETLANDS CROSSING BETWEEN MANHOLE NUMBERS 7 AND 10. DELETE

34) TO INSURE THAT THERE WILL BE AT LEAST ONE (1) FOOT OF
UNDISTURBED EARTH BETWEEN THE LIMITS OF THE SEWER TRENCH
AND THE EDGE OF THE GUTTER PAN, REVISING AS NECESSARY.
11. REVISE ALL DRAFTING AS NOTED IN RED.
12. REVISE THE "MATERIALS LIST" AS NECESSARY.
PLEASE MAKE ALL OF THE SUGGESTED CHANGES PREVIOUSLY MEN
TIONED, AND ANY CONTAINED ON THE ENCLOSED MARKED SET OF
PLANS. SUBMIT TWO (2) SETS OF REVISED PLANS.

01. THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLIANCE WITH CHESTERFIELD
COUNTY STANDARDS AND POLICIES, AND WITH STATE AND
FEDERAL REGULATIONS WILL BE PLACED ON THE PROFESSIONAL
ENGINEER WHO SIGNS AND SEALS THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS
APPROVED.
02. THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACHIEVING AND MAINTAINING
SATISFACTORY LOT DRAINAGE WILL BE THAT OF THE
DEVELOPER UP THROUGH A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR AFTER STATE
ACCEPTANCE OF THE SUBDIVISION ROADS.
03. AS A PREREQUISITE TO SUBDIVISION PLAT RECORDATION:
A) A $100 PER LOT MAINTENANCE FEE MUST BE RECEIVED.
B) A PRO RATA PAYMENT TO THE USCW REGIONAL PROGRAM MUST
BE PAID. THE AMOUNT WILL BE PROVIDED BY
ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING.

01. A REVISED COPY OF THE AUTOCAD FILE MUST BE SUBMITTED
TO CAROLE CLIBORNE OF ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING.
THE AUTOCAD FILE MUST BE SAVED AS A .DWG OR .DXF IN
AUTOCAD VERSION 2009 OR EARLIER AND REFERENCED
DIRECTLY TO THE VIRGINIA STATE PLANE COORDINATE
SYSTEM, SOUTH ZONE IN THE NAD83 DATUM. THE AUTOCAD
FILE MAY BE SUBMITTED ON A CD, DVD, OR VIA EMAIL
AND MUST BE CLEARLY LABELED WITH THE SUBDIVISION
NAME AND SECTION, SUBDIVISION PLAN NUMBER, THE
ENGINEERING FIRM AND THE CAD FILE PREPARER'S NAME
AND PHONE NUMBER. THE FILE MUST CONTAIN THE
FOLLOWING, EACH CLEARLY LABELED IN SEPARATE LAYERS:
1. EDGES OF ROADS TO INCLUDE CURB AND GUTTER; AND
2. EDGES OF SIDEWALKS.
02. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE APPLICANT TO COMPLY
WITH AND/OR ACQUIRE ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL AND/OR
STATE PERMITS IN RELATION TO ENVIRONMENTAL FEATURES
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WETLANDS, SURFACE
WATER, GROUND WATER, AND AIR QUALITY. FINAL APPROVAL
OF THESE PLANS WILL NOT RELIEVE YOU OF YOUR
RESPONSIBILITIES.
