TIME AND MUST BE LABELED AS SUCH AT ALL APPLICABLE
LOCATIONS ON THIS SET OF PLANS.
5. WHERE IS THE SEWER CONNECTION FOR LOT NUMBER 15?
6. PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL PERMANENT SANITARY SEWER
EASEMENT AS NOTED IN RED.
7. FIELD VERIFY THE HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL LOCATIONS OF
THE EXISTING GAS LINE AT THE POINT THAT THE PROPOSED
WATERLINE CROSSES IT. SHOW THIS DATA ON THE PLANS.
8. PROVIDE THE EXACT VERTICAL SEPARATION DISTANCE AT EACH
STORM/SANITARY SEWER CROSSING IN THE PROFILE VIEWS.
9. TAKE ALL STEPS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE COMPLETE AGREEMENT
AMONG ALL DATA APPEARING ON THE PLANS IN MULTIPLE
LOCATIONS.
10. REVISE THE SANITARY SEWER HYDRAULIC ANALYSIS
CALCULATION TABLE SUCH THAT THE FLOWS ACCUMULATE AS ONE
GOES "DOWN" THE TABLE.
11. REVISE ALL DRAFTING AS NOTED IN RED.
12. REVISE THE "MATERIALS LIST" AS NECESSARY.
PLEASE MAKE ALL OF THE SUGGESTED CHANGES PREVIOUSLY MEN
TIONED, AND ANY CONTAINED ON THE ENCLOSED MARKED SET OF
PLANS. SUBMIT TWO (2) SETS OF REVISED PLANS.
THE OWNER MUST ENTER INTO A COUNTY CONTRACT PRIOR TO THE
START OF CONSTRUCTION. PLEASE SEND ME A COPY OF THE
