REMOVING THE SEDIMENT WITH APPROPRIATE EQUIPMENT.
WHICH THE LAKE IS DRAINED THE DEAD TREES WHICH SHOULD
HAVE BEEN ALREADY HAVE BEEN REMOVED PRIOR TO
CERTIFICATION MUST COME OUT AS WELL."
B) PROVIDE A 4-FOOT ASPHALT PATH ON TOP OF THE DAM FROM
PROPERTY LINE TO PROPERTY LINE WHERE A PATH HAS BEEN
WORN BY PEDESTRIANS.
C) PROVIDE SAFETY MEASURES BETWEEN THE POND AND THE
PATH.
D) PROVIDE TWO REMOVABLE/LOCKABLE BOLLARDS ON EACH SIDE
OF THE 4-FOOT PATH ON THE SOUTHERN PROPERTY LINE TO
PREVENT UNAUTHORIZED VEHICULAR TRAFFIC FROM ACCESSING
THE DAM.
E) STABILIZE THE DAM IN THE VICINITY OF THE RISER AND
REMOVE THE CHAIN LINK FENCE FROM THE TRASH RACK, PUT
TRASH RACK BACK ON.
F) STABILIZE THE SLOPES OF THE POND ON THE INTOWN SUITES
SIDE OF THE POND, THERE APPEARS TO BE RECENT BEAVER
ACTIVITY IN THIS AREA.
G) RESTORE OUTFALL STRUCTURE 0. IT APPEARS SETTLEMENT
HAS OCCURRED AROUND THE LAST SECTION OF PIPE,
SEPARATION AND DEBRIS IS GETTING CAUGHT BETWEEN PIPE
SECTIONS.
H) A BMP INSPECTION NOTIFICATION WAS SENT ON AUGUST 21,
2014, PLEASE ADDRESS THE PAST DUE INSPECTION (AUGUST
1, 2014).
