IN THE R-12 ZONING DISTRICT, PRIVATE STREETS ARE NOT
PERMITTED PER SECTION 19-551(A) OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE. PLEASE REVISE THE PLAT TO SHOW EACH LOT
HAVING THE REQUIRED STREET FRONTAGE ON PUBLIC RIGHTS
OF-WAY.
15) PER THE TEXTUAL STATEMENT (V.C.1.C.(5)), PLEASE
