AN ITEMIZED COST ESTIMATE OF THE PROPOSED UTILITIES,

REMOVAL, SHOWING HOW THE TOTAL ON THE SUBDIVISION
BOND WAS DERIVED, MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO SURETY

COPY OF THE VALID CONTRACT THAT THE DEVELOPER HAS

A 100% SURETY FOR THE REMAINING IMPROVEMENTS AND
