Custody, Visitation, and Support Court Process

Virginia's Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts help resolve issues related to custody, visitation, and support (both child and spousal support).

If a child lives in Chesterfield County and his/her custody, visitation, or support are the subject of controversy, you may wish to file petitions in the Chesterfield J&DR District Court.
