In 2015, the General Assembly approved language that eliminated the debit card option and now requires all tax refunds to be issued by direct deposit or by check. Tax refunds previously issued on a MasterCard® debit card are still valid and taxpayers may continue to use those cards.

Why is my address wrong, when I corrected it last year on my return?

When correcting your address you need to file a 760CH, stating your name and address as the Department has it now and what is correct as of this date. Sometimes when processing your return, if you have asked for an accelerated refund, your refund will be mailed to the prior year's address, and therefore, your address will not be changed.
