Proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendments

• NEW Board of Supervisors Initiated amendment to the Upper Swift Creek Plan amendment

Planning Commission Public Hearing rescheduled

At a special Planning Commission meeting on April 29, 2008, the Planning Commission rescheduled their June 5, 2008, public hearing to consider amendments to the Upper Swift Creek Plan amendment. The new date is now Tuesday, June 3, 2008, beginning at 7:00 P.M., in the Public Meeting Room at the Chesterfield County Administration Building.

Please note that, at this same public hearing, the Planning Commission will also consider the following:

• The Upper Swift Creek Watershed ordinances
• The Public Facilities Plan amendment
