APPROVED WITH CONDITION 08AN0169: In Bermuda Magisterial District, ROGER BRIGGS requests a 32.7 foot Variance to the 100 foot lot width requirement and a 2.4 foot Variance to the fifteen (15) foot (left) side yard setback and a 8.6 foot Variance to the fifteen (15) foot (right) side yard setback requirement in an Agricultural (A) District and amendment of zoning district map. The density of such amendment is approximately 0.56 units per acre. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for residential use of 2.51-4.0 units per acre.
