All setbacks are taken from the ultimate right-of-way and should be verified by using the Chesterfield Zoning Ordinance SETBACK EXCEPTIONS & NOTESAttached structures such as porches, carports, and decks open on three sides may extend into a required side yard not more than ½ the required side yard & not closer than 5 feet, a front yard not more than 10 feet, & a rear yard not more than 10 feet into the setback.
