Administration

The Administration Team, consisting of the Director of Environmental Engineering, a Chief of Administrative Services, an Administrative Supervisor, an Administrative Secretary, a Senior Customer Service Representative, and a Customer Service Representative, provides operational and administrative oversight and support services for the entire department.  The team's tasks range is broad and include: 

• overall department management and direction
• policy review and analysis
• systems analysis
• operational and financial performance analysis
•  HRM liaison
• purchasing
• contract administration
• budget development, analysis, and implementation
• general customer service
• administrative support to other teams
