Chesterfield Employment Services (CES) is an employment service offering a variety of community based job opportunities for adults with mental retardation


Individual Placement

  • 15+ hours of work weekly
  • minimum wage or more
  • individual job development
  • full-time, initial on-site training
  • assistance with transportation arrangements
  • long term follow-up assistance to ensure job retention

Custodial Crews

  • 3 to 8 employees
  • mobile or stationary
  • in one or more businesses
  • on the job training and support
  • wages based on productivity
  • employed by CES

Enclaves

  • 3 to 8 employees working at a host business
  • employees work within the business workforce
  • employed by the business or CES
  • on the job training and support
  • wages based on productivity

Job Coach Training

  • assistance in job search, placement, job skill training
  • minimum wage +
  • time limited support

Specialized Transportation

  • available to individuals receiving CES services who have no other means of transportation.
