17AN0137: In Dale Magisterial District, Darrell D. Burch Sr. requests a 2 foot variance to the 4 foot maximum height requirement for an existing fence located in the corner side yard and amendment of zoning district map in a Residential (R-7) District on 0.2 acre known as 4019 Pretty Lane. Density will be controlled by zoning conditions or ordinance standards.
