The Board of Zoning Appeals of Chesterfield County, on Wednesday, July 5, 2017, beginning at 1:00 p. m., in the Public Meeting Room at the Chesterfield County Administration Building, Chesterfield, Virginia, will consider the following request: Map this (Location map in PDF format)

17AR0134: In Matoaca Magisterial District, Carlene Harris requests renewal of manufactured home permit (Case 10AN0188) to permit a temporary manufactured home and amendment of zoning district map in an Agricultural (A) District on 2.6 acres known as 10621 Beaver Bridge Road. Density of approximately 0.3 units per acre. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for Rural Residential/Agricultural use. Tax ID 707-654-1414.

17AN0136: In Matoaca Magisterial District, Ashley Clark requests a variance to use a parcel of land which fronts an unimproved but dedicated right of way for dwelling purposes and amendment of zoning district map in an Agricultural (A) District on 1.0 acre lying 300 feet off the south line of Reedy Branch Road, 3,838 feet west of Woodpecker Road. Density of approximately 1.0 unit per acre is proposed. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for Residential Agricultural use (0.5 dwellings per acre). Tax ID 769-634-3629. Access will be across parts of 769-634-4964 and unnamed dedicated right of way.
