The Board of Zoning Appeals of Chesterfield County, on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, beginning at 1:00 p. m., in the Public Meeting Room at the Chesterfield County Administration Building, Chesterfield, Virginia, will consider the following request: Map this (Location map in PDF format)

17AR0125: In Clover Hill Magisterial District, Amy Primmer requests renewal of a special exception (Case 16AN0139) to permit a one (1) chair beauty shop and amendment of zoning district map in a Residential (R-15) District on 0.9 acre known as 2011 Camborne Road. Density will be controlled by zoning conditions or ordinance standards. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for Suburban Residential II use (2.0 to 4.0 dwellings per acre). 17AN0126: In Dale Magisterial District, Michelle Wilson requests a special exception to permit a one (1) chair beauty shop and amendment of zoning district map in an Agricultural (A) District on 1.1 acres known as 7230 Beach Road.
